I love the PetSafe ScoopFree Litter Trays because I have no awful "cat smells" in my home, no sore back from constantly cleaning up after puss, and a pleased cat with a permanently clean Litter Tray. What more could a pampered puss want? Trays only need to be replaced every 3-4 weeks for one cat and the cost is quite acceptable.

Terrible. Bought a cat flap, realised that the screw holes are 2mm from the flap hole. How would that work? I asked them and they said ‘didn’t you measure it?’. Awful product and customer service. Don’t bother buying from them, just pay slightly more for a better brand.

We have purchased around 7 or 8 of the Ssscat deterrents and the old models consistently failed over a short period of time… bearing in mind they are around £60 each this is a huge outlay… Petsafe have in all fairness replaced where we complained but have recently updated and replaced our old models with the new model to what I can only describe as hugely inferior to the original… They do not work half of the time and when they do the spray so much liquid it saturates whatever it comes into contact with…

Do not waste your money

Je téléphone pour dire que la puce de mon chat ne marche plus on me dit le produit est supprimé, pas de pièce détachées ! Obligée de racheter une chatière (la 2eme en 2ans ou 2 ans et demis) on me fait 20%. Au lieu de racheter une pice qui m aurait coûté, je suppose bien moins cher,. Je dis que c est urgent car je suis obligée de me le et 2 fois la nuit pour sortir mon chat. On m envoie assez rapidement le colis est livré... 5 jours après le lundi rien le mardi 6 mails, retardé mais personne, pas de colis après de multiples coups de fil il est retourné! Et là pas de mail pas de sms officiellement, sur le suivi il est à 200km de chez moi... j apprends toujours par le tel que finalement ils vont renvoyer ce sera dans 5 jours de plus , minables sur toute la ligne, pas de SAV, cela e coûte un bras, pas foutu de me livrer alors qu ils ont mon tel portable, Au dessous de tout ! We have had a Petsafe in ground fence for 10yrs, 2yrs ago we had lightening hit our dog fence and ruin it, so we purchased another one and we were talked into a surge protector because “it would keep it from happening again, and it was guaranteed” well last week we had another lightning strike and blew the surge protector out of the wall! We called Petsafe and got a “bummer” type response and that we needed to spend another $120 because it wasn’t covered.

Awful service and customer care. Amazingly in July 2024 these people are still blaming BREXIT for their poor service and lack of communication(come on, the laws changed 4 years ago!)
My experience: ordered on what looked like a UK website, in English and in £. On 17/6/24 Advised 7 - 10 days for delivery. A week later on 24/6/24 got another email saying will be delivered in 10 - 14 days. At no point before ordering is it stated that this item is coming from Holland and will have such uncertain delivery.
Cust services advised me on phone to buy from local shop and return original. Today I tried to return and because they want it back in Holland, the total postage costs will pretty much equal the cost if the item (£25).
Deceptive in that they do not clarify this is from out of UK and comes with strings attached to returns, and has a prohibitively high cost of return.
I won't buy Petsafe again - terrible service.

This company is aware out of date, non supported and therefore unusable products are being sold and does nothing! Avoid

Had a really great experience with PetSafe customer support. Part of my ScoopFree litterbox broke, and when I couldn't find the replacement part online, I called the support line. The rep (Miles) was extremely kind and helpful, and he even took the time to ask me about my pets. They ended up helping me identify the correct part and shipped me a replacement free of charge! Excellent experience and I would recommend calling if you have any issues with their products.

Got the ceramic cat fountain. Despite taking care while washing it, within two years the bowl developed a crack. I emailed them to ask if I could order a replacement, got told "unfortunately any components made of ceramic are not available as spare parts." So the fountain is going to end up in landfill because they don't think ceramic parts might get damaged and need replacing. They offered me a discount to buy a replacement, but the prices on their website are so high compared to other retailers that I'd have saved £2, and why would I want another of the same fountain now I know I can't get replacement parts.

I was going to order a ramp from Amazon. I called Petsafe and they convinced me to order directly from them. For a year guarantee and easy returns. We were unable to use the ramp for our pup undergoing surgery. Returning the ramp cost $108 in shipping costs. I will never order from Petsafe again. Most companies will at least give a return shipping refund. Next time Amazon all the way!

Het kattenluikje met microchip ging vaak niet open, zodat mijn kat niet naar binnen kon.
Mijn kat gaat vaak naar binnen met natte pootjes en daardoor is het mechanisme waarschijnlijk wat vervuild.

Email gestuurd en dezelfde dag reactie: Probeer betere batterijen en als dat niet helpt dan krijgt u een nieuw luikje. Met de duurste batterijen ging beter, maar ook vaak niet. Gemeld en meteen weer antwoord: Ze sturen een nieuw luikje op.

I have over $900.00 in useless product.

We first bought a wireless invisible fence for our dog. It worked well until, at the cottage , a few drops of rain hit the transmission unit. No fuse of course - It just died.

So bought a new one off Amazon and it worked for - 45 days until the collar stopped working. Sadly Amazon said the warranty was for only 30 days ! We called Petsafe multiple times - no answer and our call was not returned.

Stupidity, we bought an in ground unit. 6 hours to install the in ground wire. It lasted about as long! The collar again stopped working after 2 weeks with absolutely no recourse.

Poor quality and no customer support. Don't throw you money away on this company or it's products.

Templet does not show where to place screw holes, very costly for a small pet door,$90.00.. Plastic screws heads break off at the lease bit of tightening.
Needed immediately so had no time to check prices.

Mittlerweile die 3. Hundeklappe von Petsafe gekauft. Leicht zum einbauen, hält Ungeziefer fern, zieht nicht. Haben die Plastikschrauben gegen Metall getauscht. Sind absolut zufrieden.

I have a pet safe wireless transmitter, it continuously shocked my dog within the containment area, while the transmitter box wasn't plugged in. Petsafe have told me if power to the transmitter is lost the dog will get shocked, this is normal. I wasn't aware of this luckily I was home and heard him distressed. Surely this is not safe for pets .

Great customer service! I recently bought a cat chase laser from amazon but was on the petsafe store within amazon. It went faulty after 33 days so amazon wouldn't help me. On the off chance I contacted pet safe via the website and explained. Within the week they got back to me with a choice of a new laser as my original was no longer in stock. They kept in touch throughout and are sending me a new one soon! Thank you

I inherited a cat-flap with my house, but after 24 years it had perished & needed replacing (or a new door).
I contacted customer service who were extremely helpful in identifying the model of a suitable replacement that would fit the existing hole in door. The replacement worked perfectly, so a big thank-you to Gaelle for her help and patience.

I have a PetSafe transmitter. When I was putting the wire into the transmitter the little red tab that holds the wire in place fell off. The transmitter is barely out of to the warranty period. I contacted PetSafe so I could send it in for repair. They told me I would have to buy a new one because they don't have a repair center. When I purchased the PetSafe product I thought I was dealing with a major, reliable and respectable company. Today I discovered that PetSafe is nothing but Bush League. Incredible!
