Had a couple of Scruffs Cosy mattresses which needed replacing (and we'd redecorated the lounge!). Original mattress ordered became unavailable but excellent communication allowed me to select another one (which to be honest I much prefer now it's here - and it matches the new lounge beautifully :-)).

More importantly, Bertie the Border is very happy with his new bed, especially judging by how much time he spends on it!

Great cat bed - really nice quality, our kittens will love it. We have already tested its washability out in the machine and it was fine and held its shape! Big plus.

Beds turned up in 48 hrs. Great products and great service. Very impressed.

Water resistant dog bed. Arrived promptly. Bed matched description. Puppy walked straight in and snuggled down.

The largest dog bed I could find arrived when it was meant to, well-packaged and intact. A well made and stylish bed. Unfortunately, it’s not too good for my (small) greyhound, who somehow manages to get beneath the solid raised cushion/mattress, which is not attached to the sides of the bed. He ends up on the non-cushioned base, with the loose cushion on the floor. I have had to buy a flat memory foam mat upon which to put the bed, which defeats the object really. I didn’t realise it came in two components. It would do for a heavier dog, whose weight would maintain the position of the quite solid, overplumped mattress/cushion within the bed shell.

Arrived quickly and seems well made although time will tell although the sides tend to sag a little. As it was for our dog in the car have had to also buy a rattan square box as well. No one seems to make a plastic one.

This is a great dog bed - ideal for home and motorhome.

Fast postage no problems with my order. The dog coat was as expected. A great winter coat for keeping your dog warm and dry.

Beds are beautiful, thought they would be a bit sturdier (especially the base for joint support), found lots of bits on the floor which came off the bed my brindle had specals of grey all over him for approx a week. He seems to love his bed which is all the matters

Got two xl comfy tartan beds for my working labradors! Really great.

Dog loves it, easy to wash, fast to dry, returns to original state. Nice colour, great value for money (quality) compared to other blankets bought. Would buy more

Couldn’t fault customer service. I have 4 of these beds my dogs love them.
Delivery went to wrong address twice which is not scruffs fault! But they located the beds so I was able to collect. And for my troubles they sent me a gift. So all in all very happy customer
