Charlotte gave me Great care. She was really Knowledgable and capable. She Understood my needs and even gave me a follow up call which was really lovely. I was recommended this clinic and am so glad that I went with them

Extremely pleased with my experience at PHI Clinic. It was a pleasure meeting Dr Anneka, she is very competent and a good listener: she truly understood my concern, made me feel at ease and created a truly bespoken treatment plan for me. Wonderful work, would definitely recommend her and will go to see her again soon.

Having written a positive review of my consultation I was extremely disappointed that Phi then rearranged my treatment appointment after I’d booked non-refundable train tickets to London. I was told no one else could do my treatment and they would not pay for my tickets (£88). I have now cancelled my treatment

I have decided to go to Phi clinic after a lot of researches and I had the honour to meet Sarah Gaughan.
She is an outstanding professional. She understood my needs and provided me with excellent advice.
As it was my first time, before each treatment (I had 3 : laser, filler and botox), she explained me very clearly what I should expect both during and after them. She is very experienced and knowledgable, and I appreciated her honesty - she has also told me what was feasible and what wasn’t.
The best part is that, at the end of the treatments, the result has been much better than expected. It is so natural that not even my family and close friends could get what I have done exactly… it just looks fresh and younger, exactly what I wanted! My confidence has improved and I feel happier.
I am extremely thankful and would highly recommend Sarah (and, generally speaking, PHI clinic) to anyone.

I visited Phi Clinic last month and was extremely impressed with not just the results but also the excellent manner in which the procedure was carried out. Under the care of Sarah, I felt assured and at ease the entire time I was there. She is fantastic in her role, as was the team carrying out the procedure, and I thoroughly recommend the services of Phi to anyone who is thinking about visiting.

I came to the PHI clinic for vascular laser treatment after a bad experience at another clinic, and I am very happy with the treatment that I received. I have had 4 treatments of Excel V with Christina and not only do I see a significant improvement in my skin but I am also so pleased with the way Christina took care of my skin. She has been super patient and understanding with the fact that I was very nervous after a bad experience, but also really took the time to carry the treatment and after care. It is amazing to find a therapist that genuinely cares about achieving results and I really trust her with my skin.

I noticed the appearance of dreaded cellulite on my buttocks in recent years.

I consulted with Dr Priya Verma at the PHI Clinic who has treated me previously with great success. Dr Verma has been refining the application of the Endolift procedure, at which she is excellent, to address cellulite. Dr Verma believed I was a good candidate.

Dr Verma is extraordinarily talented. She is completely dedicated to her patients. During her pre-surgical assessment she conducted a thorough evaluation and took a great deal of time to understand my concerns and goals. Not only did I want to banish cellulite, but I also wanted a more lifted and rounded shape to my buttocks.

Dr Verma achieve more than I could ever have hoped for. Week-on-week since my procedure, I have noticed a dramatic improvement in the shape of my buttocks and the consistency of my skin. Gone are the puckered, telltale signs of cellulite.

It's the perfect procedure for those wanting to hold back the hands of time elegantly. How wonderful to experience such a dramatic transition. I cannot recommend Dr Verma highly enough.

Dr Priya is a consummate professional and, in my opinion, the best in the business. Her manner is superb, she puts you completely at ease and is brilliant at what she does. Look no further than this lady

I have had a consultation with Dr Tapan Patel who was very charming.
I have booked to have Botox and fillers but am extremely nervous. I have read the list of side effects and one of them is “blindness “. !! Apparently this is rare but I don’t think I could sign a consent form stating that.
I am not having any fillers around my eyes so have asked if this is still applicable/relevant. To date, I have asked this question 3 times but no one has bothered to answer me! I asked the receptionist who was brusque to say the least! Didn’t even offer to have someone call me back and just said something flippant about all procedures having side effects.
Having read several negative reviews on here, regarding aftercare and customer service, I am now even more put off and am thinking of cancelling!

Dr Priya Verma did endolifting on my Face and the Hole procedure was done very Nice and professional. The information was good and the result already great after 5 days, I can really recommend endolifting treatment with dr. Pirya Verma

After a consultation I returned and had lip fillers and botox for the first time with Dr Varma. She was utterly professional and ensured I received the type of treatment we spoke about previously. I am extremely happy with the results.

Yesterday I visited Dr Priya Verma for the second time at PHI Clinic. On both occasions it’s been a wonderful experience. All the staff are so friendly and helpful and the clinic is just beautiful. I recently had an endolift with Dr Priya. Before the procedure I met with her for a consultation and she recommended the endolift as a ‘first step’ to improving the look of my face. She explained it well and gave me time to think about it as an option. I had the endolift last week so it’s still early days to see the full result but I was very happy with Dr Priya’s approach. She is very professional and explains everything she is doing but she is also very warm and friendly so I felt reassured throughout the procedure. In terms of the procedure itself, once my face was anaesthetised, there was very little (virtually no) pain. My face already feels smoother and firmer and I’m looking forward to seeing the full impact in due course.

I have had treatments three years ago but not at the PHI clinic. I needed to see someone with knowledge and expertise in this field, who would know what would help in rejuvenating my face and making me look younger! My problem area I felt where my jowls. I received an honest and helpful consultation and a treatment plan. I picked what would work best and what also was also in my price range. This was also advised by Dr Priya Verma. In my consultation I felt safe, listened too and was not miss-sold any treatments. I would recommend Dr Priya Verma and was very happy with my results. I will be back and also do a little retail therapy at the same time. It’s a win win.
