Still waiting over 3 weeks for my pillow, absolutely disgusting, dont buy from this company its a scam

Body pillow arrived, very late. Did not come from Brisbane where company is meant to be. Drop shipped from China. Then label gives a melBourne address. Body pillow is very low quality and has no support at all. Very cheap and looks like it comes of TEMU! Once I complained they ignored my emails until I found a phone number and also messaged. Refused a return label or refund unless I sent the return with proof of receipt for the label etc. then refunded before they even got it back but won’t pay the $20.25 I am out of pocket. Does not do any of what it claims in videos or some of the supposed great reviews. Waste of money. Has been reported to ACCC

Pilloway shipped only part of my order. They screwed me around and never sent the complete order. Months later after heaps of emails back and forward, still no resolution, so I had to do a dispute through my bank to try to get some of the money back. What a dodgy company!

Been waiting for my delivery for over 2 months now..have contacted them numerous times and no answer..cant even get my money back..paid $117 for a pillow cant even ring them and speak to someone..so angry..😡

Unable to contact company. They initially replied and now no contact. Product not received. Tracking shows handed to shipping partner two weeks ago. Definitely not posted from Australia as advertised.

One star because I had to. Currently in a dispute with Pilloway, although I'm not sure they know it as they haven't responded to my emails. Webiste says Australia company, in AUD, yet my credit card was charged in US Dollars - so the cost was WAY more than I was expecting. AFTER I'd purchased, I reviewed their website and it says they don't ship outside of Australia...so they let addresses slip through their system, despite knowingly not shipping to that country. I've requested an immediate cancellation and refund of my order....no response from them as yet.
Update 13/09: they dispatched the pillow regardless of my cancellation email. They have since emailed accepting no responsibility. I have lodged a complaint with the ACCC and my NZ Bank.

As a side sleeper, I’ve been using a Tempur body pillow for YEARS … but gave this one at try, because of the shape which is nice, BUT definitely needs MORE filling and to offer in TWO sizes!
I’m 5’6” and would prefer a longer version.

Advertising is misleading, this ISN’T an Australian product, so my guess is sizing based on smaller, Asian conformations.

⚠️ be prepared for a long delivery - something I’m used to though, living in a remote location Iocation.

…all round okay typical ‘China product, pricey for what it is and cost to make…’ 🥴 not sure how fabric will go in summer though - soft but not natural fibres …

Absolute scam of a company. I ordered one of everything off their website & saw the LEGIT reviews on here.

I requested shipping information in which they couldn’t provide - so I then asked for a refund.

They said they’ve processed the refund and it’ll take 3-5 business days to see it in my account, however it’s been over 2 WEEKS & still nothing in my bank account.

Have had to dispute this order with my bank.

Customer service is horrible also, they ignore emails constantly but they don’t give you updates initially on shipping.

They’re not an Australian company, they’re an E-commerce company and ships everything from china.

Everyone needs to report this website to the ACCC!

Scam company. Ships from China.. how is this an Aussie brand like please it’s just another drop shipping company. Terrible quality. Really unhappy all round wish I’d googled first.

Worst experience with an online order I’ve ever had. Pillow was delayed in being sent by 2 weeks, with no email or contact from the company. When I tried to cancel they said it wasn’t able to be and I’d have to wait. Almost 4 weeks to receive, then to get my money back I had to pay $20 to return, despite the delay not being my fault! Customer service was atrocious and wouldn’t ever recommend.

I wish I checked here first. The company appears to be Australian & you pay for Australia Post shipping, but the pillow gets shipped from China. It then sits in limbo somewhere & you get no satisfactory answer from the company.
The delivery times set out on the Web page are inaccurate & false.
If my pillow ever arrives I'm not expecting much based on reviews.

ZERO STARS. This company will send you whatever they want not what you specifically order and then it will cost you money to return it. Go elsewhere, they are not reputable and do not comply with the consumer law.

I ordered two pillows from Pillow Way in early July, and I am still waiting for the second pillow to arrive.

After numerous emails back and forth, I was told that the pillow had been delivered. However, the only thing I actually received was a complimentary pillowcase — which was already falling apart. The pillow I paid for has never arrived.

I haven’t received any meaningful response from the company in weeks, despite trying to follow this up, and at this point I’m genuinely questioning whether this company is legitimate.

What makes the situation even more disappointing is that I also contacted them about the money-back guarantee advertised on their website. Since raising this, I have received no response at all.

I will now be initiating a chargeback through my credit card company. I wanted to share my experience because I would hate for anyone else to spend their money and end up in the same situation.

Very disappointing customer service and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish.

This is on customer service and delivery times as I have waited a month and not received my pillow. I wish I researched first. The website states quick delivery, which is what I expected. It seems like an Australian company but the tracking once it finally appeared is from another country. I have reached out to customer service which looks like a generic email which is hard to read. I would not purchase again.

Insanely thin and low quality pillow. Genuinely the quality you'd expect from a $10 pillow at a bargain shop. It is not supportive and it's lumpy and uneven. Ordered from the Australian site and yet it still comes from china.
When you raise a concern to their team, you get blocked.

I’ve seen the negative reviews but my experience was good. I LOVE the cooling fabric of the cover. I note someone said it wasn’t long enough I can see where they are coming from but I find it comfortable and although I just bought it out of curiosity ( don’t have any specific aches or pains occasional stiff neck maybe.) But I am loving this thing! I get so comfortable for sleep. I had a great experience with delivery it was super quick.

Not what it’s hyped up to be. Too soft, poor structure and not long enough. Wouldn’t recommend

They don't even deserve 1 star.
Thought I was ordering from an Australian company but my order took a month to come from China. And its made of cheap stuffing that is so minimal that it doesn't even provide support as advertised. Its a waste of money! Do not buy from them, they're scammers!!!

pillow arrived quickly and safely.
can't imagine sleeping without it now.
so soft and cool.
i think i've been tossing and turning less now too.
