Porcelain Superstore レビュー

Ordered a few samples and just had to pay postage. Delivered rapidly and questions answered quickly by the service team. 10/10

I ordered a sample tile that never arrived until I chased them up - not a good start. When I ordered the tiles, I was given a delivery date within a week. The day before delivery, I got an email from them saying they were out of stock for a further week (but still showing in stock on their website). I chased them up after a week when I'd heard nothing further, only to be told there was a further two week delay - but the tiles were still showing as available! Order was cancelled as I wasn't prepared to be strung along any further. Avoid!

Excellent Customer Service – Highly Recommended!

I recently placed a substantial tile order with Porcelain Superstore and have been very impressed with the service. John was particularly helpful, offering excellent customer service and making the whole ordering process straightforward. He was accommodating, responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

My order has now been delivered, and I'm already planning another purchase. It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers. Highly recommended!

Good website, quick and easy sample delivery. Pro-active sales service and discount offer by Jon secured my order.

Sample tile received quickly. Gorgeous! Exactly what I want! Great company to deal with. Fast delivery and excellent communication. Great quality

John (sales advisor) was proactive and efficient in helping me to make my purchase on Porcelain Superstore. He replied quickly to my emails and made it very easy for me to complete my purchase.

I recently purchased some floor tiles and was told that there will be delay on the delivery. I reached out to customer service, Emily from customer service team has been super helpful, not only helped me swapped the order, also went above and beyond to upgrade my order to next day delivery without additional charge. Problem resolved within 30mins. Really appreciate the help!

The samples requested were received really quickly to allow us to choose the preferred flooring for the rooms. We also purchased the walls tiles and the delivery lead time was brilliant and live tracker for the delivery day was so useful to save you hanging around all day for the delivery.

Spoke with the customer service team a couple of times re the original order, super helpful with the questions being asked.

The tiles are no up on the walls and the quality is fantastic 😁

Samples arrived quickly and pleased that they offer free cut samples. Team were helpful in their follow ups.

What an excellent service. Being able to get a sample tile delivered to your door. I chose 3 tiles. They were all excellent quality. We chose the Avoca. A simple and elegant time. The customer service and after care was second to none. Thank you

Really quick to get hold of the samples, and this helped us to make a decision on our tiles

Samples arrived by return with helpful and timely but not pushy follow up email to enquire if I wished to order one of the samples sent

Tile samples were easy to order and delivered within a couple of days. Tiles labelled clearly for easy identification.

Fantastic customer service. Beautiful & great quality tiles. Would definitely buy from them again.

Ordered several samples which were delivered quickly. The ability to order larger samples was very useful. Products all looked good quality and we finally settled on the Southwell Elm wood effect tile. Sales team responded very quickly and very helpful.

Beautiful tiles, and lovely team! X

I dealt with John who was very helpful with my order and great quality, would recommend to anyone.

Prompt delivery of the two tile samples we requested. One of the samples is perfect for our project and we will be ordering some. Our previous experience with purchases from this company has been excellent both in terms of the quality of the tiles and customer service.

Samples arrived quickly and were good quality. However dropped a start as one of the tiles was broken.

Ordered a sample from Porcelain Superstore that was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. The communication and processes was superb, would highly recommend them
