I've ordered bathroom tiles before back in 2022 and looking to order again. Great samples arrived quickly and great customer service.

I ordered a sample of the Grey Ascot tiles and the quality and design is great, the colour is perfect and exactly true to the online picture. It was delivered quickly and in perfect condition.
I have previously purchased from this company for a kitchen/dining room renovation and couldn’t have been happier with the purchase, even the tiler we used remarked on the quality of the tiles. So I’ll be going ahead and making my next purchase very soon.

I ordered my tiles before reading the reviews on here, and I have spent a whole month almost resigned to the idea of my tiles either not turning up or turning up damaged. In fact, after what I would consider excellent communication regarding my delivery date and time, they did turn up - and after spending an hour going through every single one, 100% intact. I am delighted. The tiles are beautiful, in the original boxes from the Spanish manufacturer, and of lovely quality. While I sympathise with the people who had a bad experience, I have to say I am completely satisfied with the service. My only gripe is that the email that you receive prior to delivery states that you *must* write the word 'damaged' when you sign for delivery after checking your tiles to have any chance of getting replacements. Both myself and the delivery guy were chuckling at the absurdity of this - like he was going to wait an hour for me to go through them standing in the street outside my house - clearly this is NEVER going to be possible. I was even prepared to write 'damaged' on it without checking just to cover myself, but in the end there wasn't even a delivery note to sign, just a space on his phone screen, which I took a photo of to prove there was no facility with the delivery person to register any damage at all. This needs to be looked at if Porcelain Superstore wishes to improve its rating. But on the whole, I am very pleasantly surprised and happy with my purchase.

I ordered the Marais green wall tiles, I saw them on the site and fell in love. The pictures of the kitchen splash back was exactly what I wanted - also will be using them for the bathroom sink splash back. I want the tile on the wall to look like the pictures, with that colour grout…. But wasn’t sure if the grout and silicone being recommended by the company to use was the same colour as those in the pictures. So when ordering the tile, I only bought the grout recommended and not the silicone. Fast forward a few days and I get a call from a lovely man from the company logistics department - his name is John, calling to confirm delivery. He recommended I get the silicone as the colour will match with the green tile perfectly - phew! I was soo glad John called - as the tiles were being shipped abroad & I need to send everything one time, to get the project moving along as planned.
I had a conversation with John about how the company should specify the colour and type of grout they use in the pictures, as I would have no doubt to have bought it at time of purchasing the tiles and it would have made my buying experience so much easier!

John was amazing and I really appreciate the call and his fantastic customer service, this coupled with the lovely email I got from the guys who own the company will for sure have me purchasing further tiles from them.

I had ordered 4x boxes of Capri Green Tiles, John from customer service was incredibly helpful and kind when placing the order and ensuring the delivery was placed. I love the tiles and service so much I have gone ahead and am getting my kitchen and second bathroom done via porcelain superstore. Our builder said it was an incredible quality tile & the application was very easy due to it not being small individual tiles! The delivery man was incredibly friendly and brought in the tiles in the house due to my back issues!

Sample arrived in good time and seem good quality. Slight darker than on the picture but happy still so will be going ahead with purchase.

I ordered samples and they arrived promptly, but they were slightly damaged in transit. They were a good size and clearly labeled.

I ordered 4 small samples, it was easy to do and they arrived very quickly.
I’ve received follow up contact and cannot fault the service.

I sent off for the smaller free tile samples of 3 or 4 floor tiles and narrowed that down to two. Then ordered those two as ‘large tiles’ at £2.50 each which was so worth doing - made the choice so much easier. You can’t afford to make a mistake when choosing such a huge quantity so was ideal for us. Samples arrived very quickly and well packaged. Can’t fault the service.

Really impressed with Porcelain Superstore. It’s great to be able to order free tile samples, and they arrived super quickly. Their customer service has also been excellent, they’re very responsive over email and have been really helpful with advice, particularly when it comes to choosing grout colours. It’s made the whole process of deciding on tiles so much easier. Would definitely recommend!
