Porter Dodson Solicitors & Advisors レビュー

Porter Dodson Yeovil- Bryony and Rosie have been absolutely brilliant in helping my partner and me purchase our first home. They were always quick to respond, kept us informed throughout the process, and took the time to answer any questions we had.

Buying a first home can be quite daunting, but their professionalism, knowledge, and support made the whole experience much smoother and less stressful. We are incredibly grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I had a fantastic experience working with Jenny & Emma in Wellington during the purchase of my first property. From start to finish, they were incredibly supportive, professional, and always on hand to guide me through the process.

As a first-time buyer, I expected things to feel quite overwhelming at times, but their clear communication and reassurance made the whole process feel seamless. They were always patient, thorough, and happy to answer any questions I had which made a huge difference.

I’m genuinely very grateful for all their hard work and the support they provided throughout it didn’t go unnoticed and was very much appreciated.

I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again in the future. I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone going through a property purchase, and I’m hoping to work with them again when we come to sell another property in the near future. Once again thank you so much from Nikkie M

We had a great experience with Reena, Jennifer and Beckie in the Sherborne office to purchase our first flat. They were efficient, friendly and professional at all times, helping us at every step of the process and great at keeping us informed. We would highly recommend them.

Paul and his staff explained and made the process of making my Will and Health and Financial LPA's very straight forward for me.
Much more efficient than completing the paperwork myself, following government guidelines etc.

Reena Ravel has been extremely efficient and thorough over the selling of our property. No stone was left unturned, advice was given at each stage to ensure the proceedings were expedited as quickly as possible under what seems a very clunky system in England when buying/selling property.

It has been a long and drawn out sale of my late mothers property, but made so much easier by the efficiency of Porter Dodson and especially Reena. Everything was done efficiently, professionally and in good time - so often not the case with solicitors. Thank you for making a difficult sale as straightforward as possible. Would highly recommend Porter Dodson

Reena and Beckie have made the conveyancing process simple and quick. They provide a great service and I would no hesitate to use Porter Dodson again.

The team at Porter Dodson were all extremely helpful, thorough, prompt with responses and always able to explain things to us very well. Our first purchase fell through and the team were extremely supportive throughout a difficult time. The second house went through smoothly, and everyone made the whole experience very easy. Thank you.

Both Reena and Beckie were always very helpful and responsive whilst dealing with my house purchase. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and their firm.

Having moved a number of time over the previous years we've had experience of a number of solicitors, with Reena and Beckie being by far the most conscientious, diligent and efficient for our conveyancing - their communication was excellent and they continued to manage our house sale effectively. I can't rate them highly enough 11/10 and would recommend to anyone looking to find a first class solicitors.

I instructed Ellice Pounder recently to write my Will. She was excellent, very professional and I was well advised throughout the process. I would highly recommend Ellice.

I have just sold a house and Porter Dodson were my choice of solicitors. I am so glad I chose this firm!
Louise from the Poundbury branch was so helpful. All my enquiries were answered very promptly and clearly and I felt the whole sale was dealt with very professionally.
I would not hesitate in recommending this company.

I asked Porter Dodson ( Louise Wooten ably helped by her assistant Tiffany Powell ) to act for me and my wife in selling a large London house and simultaneously buying a similarly priced apartment in the same borough of London. The two transactions totalled several million pounds. The conveyancing in the latter case was voluminous, but both transactions proceeded without a hitch and completion was achieved simultaneously in line with previous promises and commitments.

We had to get a flat purchase in Exeter done very quickly. Nicola Hughes and her team at PD pulled out all the stops to get the purchase over the line in an amazingly short time - 2 months from first viewing the flat to moving in! This was despite major complications with the Land Registry. Throughout the rather fraught (for us) process, Nicola was efficient, calm, reassuring and kept us well informed.
Very highly recommended.

Complex sale for a number of reasons but the impressive part was when our solicitor was on vacation and a partner stepped up and got highly involved in problem resolution - not usual in our experience
The complexity was historical but once all parties were focussed on completion the required result was achieved
Very customer focussed and excellent, pragmatic advice re what was acceptable practice when it’s so easy to go for the easy route!! Recommend

The House sale / purchase was unfortunately a long drawn out process due to my buyers chain taking a long time to exchange/ complete ,this was with no fault of the solicitors .
Reena from Porter Dodson stuck at it and kept me informed though out the whole process , got my property I wished to purchase ready to exchange very quickly and kept chasing down the chain .
I honestly believe that the house sale / purchase wouldn’t have happened without Reena’s hard work and determination to get it over the line .
I would highly recommend Porter Dodson .

I would like to highly commend the team at Porter Dodson for their exceptional service during our recent property sale. Reena Raval managed our matter with great professionalism and efficiency throughout. As our main point of contact, Reena was outstanding; she promptly answered all our enquiries via email, and we found her quick responses to be incredibly helpful in keeping the process moving smoothly. When Reena was away, Michelle Wilson stepped in seamlessly, ensuring our progress was not hindered, which we greatly appreciated. A special mention also goes to Beckie Old, the paralegal, who was consistently helpful and proactive, particularly in coordinating the final administrative details and bank verification. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and we felt well-supported by the entire team throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend their services

Porter Dodson dealt with the many complex aspects of my parents' Wills and estates, including an investment portfolio and money left in trust over 40 years previously. I was very pleased with the friendly, professional, attentive and expert way all aspects were handled.

The staff are all knowledgeable, friendly, extremely helpful and efficient. They exchanged and completed on the sale of my house in record time. I can't fault them and I would highly recommend them.

I found Porter Dodson last minute after being let down by my solicitor and needing to complete on a land auction purchase rather quickly. Steve and Laura at the firm have been wonderful, helpful and gave excellent guidance at a competitive price. I'm very grateful for their services and could not recommend them enough. I couldn't be more satisfied with the services provided and will use them again.
