The marketing of my 1 bed flat was handled extremely well by the team of Caroline, Claire and Paul which resulted in achieving a price beyond expectations.
During the conveyancing Claire unfailingly went the extra mile to assist with any problems and details which needed sorting out and most importantly to chivvy solicitors in their work. Caroline and Paul always on hand. Result…..Completion on schedule thank you.

Quick response and very efficient .

This was our worst experience whilst renting in London for this past decade. In summary communication with the Shepherds Bush team was always awful with delay responses to issues (4 weeks average - including not having hot water in one occasion). No answering phone calls or returning them after you leave voicemails. & Took us 2 months to have our deposit back.

Our exit experience was the worst. When we tried to give notice within our break clause there was no answer on the phone or responding to our notice email until a few days later we spoke to someone in head office.
Miscommunication within the teams and clear failures in internal processes as well. Providing notice in June we were then contacted offering a renewal with a 12% rent increase in July. We were having views from potential new tenants with Portico that week!

We then had to chase our check out report and took 3 weeks to receive it and no one followed up after this. By then we had instigated a dispute with TDS and instead of acknowledging their fault we got as justification that they couldn't locate our original check-in report or the location of where our deposit was being held. Unacceptable! But also, should they have asked, I could tell them that.

Caroline was the selling agent when we bought our property is Chiswick and when it was time to sell we didn’t go anywhere else as we knew Caroline would do the best job and get us the best price. Caroline is an expert in the Shepherd’s Bush / chiswick area and uses her knowledge of the neighbourhood / commuting tricks / childcare provision / yoga classes to really engage prospective buyers. It’s clearly a tricky time at the moment but our place was sold quickly at a good price, and Caroline navigated several bumps in the road to resolve things quickly and always to the best outcome. Caroline was always on the end of the phone which reassured me greatly and she and her team made the moving process as stress free as possible, also advising us on how to manage our purchase when the selling agent we bought from was less than helpful. She knows how the market works and her advice always proved true. Thanks so much Caroline!

Fantastic people. Really good company. Rent my apartment from them. Did a virtual view online and they took me through all necessary processes and in few days I moved in. Even got a welcome gift lol and another good thing was their website is user friendly. You see the process of everything you are doing on their website this let you know how the process are going. I like that.
