Wanted to buy a Festool TS55 plunge saw and guide rail, and found Nuts and Bolts (trading as powertool-supplies.co.uk) had the best prices by far - £70 cheaper!
Was slightly worried about whether it was too good to be true, but the Trustpilot reviews suggested it was OK.
I ordered on Friday, the goods were shipped next day, and FedEx delivered on Monday. FedEx clearly had damaged the rail in transit, it had been repaired with parcel tape and very obviously bent so I rejected the delivery & emailed powertool-supplies.
Customer service was great, they sent me a replacement rail the next day and it arrived on Wednesday.
My only complaint was with FedEx who bent the first rail and whose tracking is useless, “delivery before 6pm”

ordered a festool screw box organiser , got a e mail saying payment information was wrong spoke to them this am and told me that the purchase had gone up £20

Whilst their website is lacking, the service was not, I ordered a Festool battery, it arrived the next working day in the original packaging and I had no problems at all. I'll definitely use them again.

This company has the lowest prices for FESTOOL products and I was initially dubious, so I checked out trustpilot and read a mixture of reviews both good and bad. But my experience is a very good one. All of my questions (even the difficult ones) were answered through the chat system and everything I ordered (dust extractor and parts) was delivered by DPD the very next day, even though that day was a saturday. Very pleased and I will certainly this company use again.

Bought a Makita Plane from this store. Arrived well packaged, complete and the next working day. Best price on the interwebs

Quick delivery (1 arrived the following day, the other 2 items arrived the day after). All items (Festool) were very well priced (lowest online from our research) and well packaged. They were also the only supplier we could find with the Domino in stock.

As confirmed by others in online reviews, the warranty certificates are routinely removed from the boxes however you are still able to register the warranty. Customer service confirmed they keep this to track who purchased each item.

next day delivery of a Dewalt orbital sander at very competitive price. Came here to share my positive experience and then read other reviews about delivery delays and receipt of opened products! Not so sure I would have placed the order had I seen them earlier.

Don't know why there are so many bad reviews. My experience with this company has been outstanding. I placed an order on Wednesday evening and received confirmation by return. I received an email from their couriers on Thursday with a tracking number. The item was delivered not long after 8pm on Friday morning. The item I ordered was a Makita tool and it came in its original box. Oh, and the price was the best I could find at the time. You can't get much better than that.

Ordered a Makita Impact driver, it was rapidly dispatched and received the next day so top marks for that.

Unfortunately the impact driver wasn’t in it’s official Makita cardboard box ( I was informed it was removed from a bundle ) and was just bagged and put in a flimsy box without protection. I received the impact driver with the packaging in very poor condition ( no doubt the courier at fault ) and due to the poor packaging I wasn’t happy to accept it.

The customer service was good however and they sent over a prepaid postage label and quickly refunded me.

I’m leaving 2 out of 5 stars as I feel the item description should have mentioned it would be removed from a bundle and wouldn’t be in its proper box, but more importantly it should have been well packaged at least.

It was a waste of my time sending it back and having to order it from elsewhere.

I usually use FFX but they did not have a Festool CTM Midi dust extractor in stock so I ordered it from Powertool Supplies (Nuts & Bolts Ltd). The item arrived on time but the box had been opened and resealed. More annoying was the fact that the registration card was missing. I spoke to Customer Service who confirmed that this is their policy to open and remove the registration cards. This is really poor especially if you are purchasing as a gift. Not acceptable and I have lodged a complaint with Festool UK. In future, I will stick with FFX.

Ordered 11 days ago. No despatch acknowledgment yet and no response from online chat. Won't be coming back in the future.

Used to be a great local company for suppling fastenings but have sadly lost their way with a can’t be bothered attitude.

If you are a Festool fan, look no futher than these guys. They have the best prices, fast delivery and great service.

Ordered the Festool CTM Midi before 2:30pm on a Thursday and it arrived early Friday morning with no issues at all.

Prior to making the order I called up for some buying advice, the salesperson on the phone was incredibly useful and was able to give me facts and specs instantly without looking anything - obviously has very good product knowledge.

Later on the Thursday (still before 2:30pm), I placed another order in hope of also receiving this the following day. Unfortunately, this did not arrive on the Friday. I have since called to ask what the progress of the order is and they informed me that one of the products was only available on backorder, and so it was holding up the rest of the order.

This isn't a huge issue as I'm not in a rush for the items, however, it would have been nice if the website was updated to show that the item was only available on backorder, or if it was mentioned in the order confirmation email.

Overall, very friendly service, fast delivery of in stock items, and would 100% buy from them again. (Unsure why there are so many negative reviews tbh).

Place a order beginning ov last week still not turned up won't answer emails after sending in several times no response from them at all

Excellent. Ordered item and received less than 24 hours later in perfect condition. Not sure why bad reviews on here. Excellent service and cheapest price can't praise enough

Ordered a makita hedge trimmer, got a delivery notification the next day that it had been delivered by DX. I was in all day and no delivery attempt was made. They then gave me the delivery confirmation that confirmed it had been left outside the wrong address and asked me to go to the address, no sign of it and occupants said no delivery made to them. I got back in touch only to be told twice that the parcel had been delivered to the correct address which contradicted the delivery photo and confirmation. They then ignored me for another 7 days until the eBay money back guarantee kicked in and eBay instantly refunded me as the case was clear they had just ignored me and not attempted to resolve the issue. No attempt to sort the issue or apologise just left it until eBay stepped in. Have now ordered from FFX who appear to be a much better company from my dealings so far.

FFX are sadly no longer, luckily the Makita hedgetrimmer I got from them is great! Unlike the one I never received from you guys.

Ordered a Impact drill. Not impressed with packaging. No support inside. Was only impact drill in a plastic bag in the box with no protection. Drill was not cheap body only. would have expected atleast some bubble wrap. Could have got easily damaged

Ordered a Makita lxt 600 tool bag, it came super quick. This company is on point
