Excellent service Daryl couldn’t have been more helpful will definitely use them again

Absolutley disapointed and let down, was recomended from a family member and wish i had not used these. Spent 3300 cash for a replacement engine and the car has no power steering and every fault light you can imagine coming on dash after fitting, was asked to take car back and told it was nothing they have done, ,telling me a fmbsh car brought in with an engine fault nothing else ,replaced an engine and no dash lights working and every fault coming up after 2 miles of collection," nothing to do with what we done", not correct, which i now have proof is a lie, a job that origanaly was 3 week took 4 months and they have given back un road worthy or fit for purpose, lost days at work and what ive spent and car is going to mercedes to get a report which i will update this review on, not a good experience at all!!

The engine failed on my E-Class and the main dealer wanted £27k for a replacement. I went online looking for an engine and these guys called me up, got me a re-conditioned engine and fitted for under £4k. They pick my car up from the garage in Derby and took back to Oldham. They were very honest from the beginning with how long it would take to fix my car. Their communication was amazing and my car was fixed on time. Fabulous people and they did a fantastic job. 100% recommend these guys. Top job

Ryan was extremely helpful and couldn’t ask for better service

After quickly supplying a used PSE central locking pump for my Mercedes CL500, imagine my dismay when it failed within a month of fitting. "NO PROBLEM" said Ryan, one of their specialists, "you have been very unlucky but we'll send you out another one". They did, it arrived today, two working days after calling them. Impeccable service. If you need a part, these are obviously the people to go to. Cant recommend highly enough.

I am absolutely thrilled with the service provided by this company. I ordered my spare parts last Saturday and they were delivered on Tue. Motor blower for heater and complete wing mirror. Very good prices and 3 month warranty. Ryan was very knowledgable and professional. I am so grateful that I found this company, otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to afford to have bran new parts and have this work done and would have had to sell my lovely merc

The Oil Filter Housing on our old ML320 was leaking oil all over our lovely clean drive due to a split in the casing. I spoke with Danny and Wayne who understood exactly what we needed and we purchased a second hand one which I understand has a 3 month warranty. We have fitted it and so far so good.

Seeking an old Merc Part - found Prestige all parts - actually phoned on a Bank holiday - obviously they were not open. - without even leaving a reply they contacted me next day asking if i required help ( 5 star initiative ! ) I then spoke with Darryl - His service, prompt replies and advice was something i find rarely these day's. He should be commended for everything and making it so easy for me to acquire what was a difficult part and with myself living nowadays in Switzerland.

Takes the burden and cost out of getting your car working as it should do. Ryan has always been extremely helpful and professional at all times as a result, I order parts for all three mercs within the family as he is always honest, fair and gives great advice. I would highly recommend Prestige all day long and never a problem in over ten years of using them. Riz

Second time in a couple of years I have used them. First one was for an air-con compressor. I'd been quoted almost £600 for a new one! These guys even knew that the unit was different in the Estate version and provided one for £150. More recently I needed a coolant reservoir and they came up with one for £20.
First Class service from beginning to end. Ryan even emailed to see if I had got the part fitted OK.

Darryl Is very helpful and very knowledgeable on the products high quality to the maximum and if stuck with any questions he is the man to speak to Thankyou again Darryl.

Ordered a replacement fuel door for my Mercedes A class. I was told the door was in stock and in black.

Placed the order, received dispatch confirmation without any tracking information.

When I called and spoke to Darryl I was told the courier would text me on the morning of delivery.

No contact made, when i called again to follow up I was told that the part had been broken and that they only had a white one in stock.

The company lied about sending the part out in the first instance.

Still waiting for my money back!

I purchased a set of Head lights for an old Mercedes, Ryan came back to me few Hours after I sent an email 2 days later on my drive Fitted straight in, even had Blubs. Will use again and recommend. Thanks Ryan
