Meine Güte wie kompliziert kann man eine Retoure machen. Das wirkt so als wolle man jede Retoure abwürgen indem man den eigenen Kunden so lange nervt, bis er aufgibt.

Man muss nachträglich ein Kundenkonto erstellen um die Retoure anzufordern. Das habe ich auch erst vom Service erfahren, weil es nicht auf der Website steht. Danach soll man eine Steuernummer bzw. eine Identifikationsnummer abgeben, um die Ware zuruckzuschicken. Dabei wird nicht klar, ob wirklich welche Nummer hier gemeint ist. Die Steuer Identifikationsnummer ja wohl hoffentlich nicht. Nachdem man alle Daten der bis auf die Blutgruppe aller Kinder angegeben hat, erhält man natürlich nicht den Rücksendeschein (wie bei anderen Versanddienstleistern), sondern soll noch 2 Tage warten, bis dieser kommt. Natürlich wird man noch darauf hingewiesen, dass die Rücksendung innerhalb von 14 eingetroffen sein muss, sonst bekommt man sein Geld nicht zurück. Mal sehen, wie es weitergeht. Mir reicht schon der bisshere Verlauf schon, um die schlechteste Bewertung zu geben.

Ho acquistato delle magliette da Primigi che restituirò immediatamente!
Sono cucite malissimo, con i fili che escono da ogni parte e una anche strappata.
Per non parlare delle scarpine, che a quel prezzo lì è come truffare le persone.
Non è accettabile, questo negozio dovrebbe chiudere.

In order to get the primigi app which is unavailable on the play store, I had to download aptoide, then using that I was able to install primigi lights onto samsung galaxy. You will get security warnings for both, so it's up to you.
Having got the app it took me a while to work out that the buttons on the charging ports are the power buttons. Hold them down for a second or two and the shoes turn on, then you can pair in the app. Once connected you can play around to work the rest out. Hold the power buttons down on the shoes to switch off.
Unfortunately if you have an iPhone I doubt you will be able bypass security to install the app. Four stars is a bit generous for the amount of messing about but once working the kids like them.

Scrivono vera pelle sulla soletta (di carta) ma non si capisce dov'è la vera pelle?
La soletta si sfalda dopo una settimana e le scarpe si sbucciano subito evidenziando una ecopelle scadente.
È la seconda volta che compro scarpe Primigi ed in entrambi i casi le ho buttate dopo meno di 1 mese.
Mai più!

Scarpe rotte senza un uso eccessivo. Contattata l'assistenza ma sembra vogliano prenderti in giro con le stesse risposte senza valore. Inviate foto di suole aperte e cave con le quali mia figlia ha passato ore con piedi bagnati. Vergognoso. Mai più Primigi. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più . Cliente perso.

Stivaletti bambina Primigi in goretex utilizzati 3 volte (per poche ore) con suola che si è completamente sgretolata per strada lasciando pure la bambina scalza!
Appena indossate ho notato subito che la suola lasciava parecchie striature e macchie sul pavimento viola ma pensavo fosse solo un problema di suola colorata (viola).
Ho scritto al servizio clienti che non si è nemmeno scusato per l'accaduto ma ha semplicemente detto che se volevo assistenza doveva avere una prova d'acquisto (che non ho dato che è mi sono stati regalati e per buon gusto non posso chiederlo dato che potrebbe mettere anche in imbarazzo venire a sapere che il loro acquisto è stato più che scadente).
Un servizio clienti e un'azienda che ci tiene ai propri prodotti avrebbe almeno dovuto cercare di capire il perché di questo fatto! Probabilmente ne sono già più che a conoscenza e non hanno la necessità di approfondire e di scusarsi con i consumatori.

Pessima esperienza e prodotto "usa e getta" a prezzo d'oro.

Ho acquistato tre paia di scarpe nel mese di luglio. Un paio di sandali viene descritto come realizzato completamente in pelle compresa la tomaia. Dopo averle indossate una sola volta il rosa della tomaia si sta spellando indice del fatto che la tomaia non sia in pelle. Ho sporto reclamo e sono in attesa di risposta. Credo che molte scarpe vendute dal sito siano conservate da molto tempo in magazzino e forse per questo motivo poi si deteriorano alcuni materiali.

Nous allons arrêter avec la marque Primigi, la qualité de fabrication devient calamiteuse. Nous avions été contents il y a deux ans, mais là, sur deux modèles d'affilé, les chaussures lâchent à des endroits stratégiques au bout de 3 à 4 semaines d'utilisation... Après la fermeture éclair de la paire précédente qui se découd, voici donc le scratch des dernières (achetées pour remplacer en attendant une réponse du vendeur en ligne) qui se découd au bout de trois semaines... Sans compter l'interrupteur de la led qui a lâché sur une des chaussures dès le premier jour... Bon c'était un gadget, tant pis, mais pour le reste, quand même... un scratch qui lâche en trois semaines, ce n'est pas acceptable. Ce n'est pas possible de fabriquer des chaussures à ce prix jetables en quelques semaines, il y a un gros problème de défauts de conception ou de matériaux.

Ho acquistato alcuni anni fa, in periodi diversi, 2 paia di scarpe. Nell'arco di qualche mese la suola si è completamente sgretolata; l'azienda mi dice che "talvolta" con il tempo può accadere per quel materiale. Io penso che forse sarebbe corretto avvisare il cliente che le scarpe sono "a tempo" e che quindi conviene utilizzarle il prima possibile visto che il poliuretano, oltre a qualche utile caratteristica ed al costo basso, presenta questo handicap. Deluso, molto, perché mi ritrovo con 2 paia di scarpe praticamente nuove ma inservibili come suola! Non mi vedranno più

Ho ordinato delle scarpe per la bimba di un'amica come primo ordine.
Il pacco è stato spedito in 48h ed è arrivato prestissimo...le scarpe sono ottime e c'è tanta scelta. Quindo consigliatissimo.
