I had a problem with a voucher code


I had a problem with a voucher code that didn’t work so I contacted Jayden Ross at Printerpix and he dealt with it promptly with an email reply the next morning. I put the book back into the basket used the code again and all looked ok and book ordered. Happy with the service he gave me. I have made more than 50 books with Printerpix.

Qualité des toiles photos

La qualité des toiles photos reçues était moindre par rapport à une commande précédente en 2015.
Le service client est extrêmement difficile à joindre pour une rectification.
Ce n'est que lorsque Jayden Ross s'est occupé de ma situation que j'ai pu avoir satisfaction et je dois reconnaître qu'il a été particuliÚrement efficace.
Merci donc à Jayden Ross pour sa réactivité et sa courtoisie.

I used the HD printing and was thrilled


I used the HD printing and was thrilled with the clarity, important as the photos were detailed, of butterflies. I didn’t bother to pay to remove the logo but it didn’t appear to be a problem anyway. I will use this provider again. The quality is great value, especially with a Group on voucher!

Hick up with delivery

Bought my voucher on Groupon and had no problem getting my project completed and sent off to be printed. Problem (created by myself) started when went it came to delivery seems o.missed house number on my order so it was sent but.was then returned to shipper. However having been in touch with printerpix and with the help from Hannah and Jayden we were able.to get it resent and arrived successfully 5 days later

Nice product but terrible service and communication

Although their product is not bad, their customer service and production is terrible. How can you print a horizontal photo (twice) as a vertical? I have filled out "tickets" and requested it be done correctly. Crickets... no response and I have no print. It was to be auctioned off at a charity event.

Do not use Printerpix

Wish I’d have read the other reviews before ordering. Delivery was late, quality was poor. No response for a refund. Would NOT recommend.

PrinterPix will help you, but it takes time

The thing about PrinterPix is that it is very difficult to get a hold of a human for even the simplest questions. However, if you are patient, they will answer your questions if you fill out their form but it is likely to take several days. I wanted to re-order a photo book, but once you order it, it is no longer available in your projects. This could be an easy fix on their end - allow you to leave your projects in your "Projects" folder until you wish to delete them. I filled out the form requesting a move of my completed order back to my Project folder and Jayden Ross did make it happen.

Loved the first photo blanket but

Loved the first photo blanket I got from yourselves. Ordered 2 more for my sil and her mum as they lost their father/husband.
Arrived and so disappointed with the cheap polyester hard scratchy synthetic fabric that has been used. Doubt I will even give them to them as they have seen and felt my mums one and this just feels cheap and nasty.

Terrible service! Do not use this company

Terrible service! Do not use this company! Order still not received and when I have tried contacting via email and and their own online messenger, it’s just a chatbot and not a real person. Asked to speak to someone senior and then get ignored. Will never use again.
