Please do not get tricked into "use anytime" offer of a photobook from Printerpix on Groupon. It's not "anytime", the voucher expiry date is shown AFTER your purchase and "sorry we don't do refunds.... ãã£ãšèŠã
Fantasic service from them. Good basic communication from the team. Quality was much better than expected as well. Only issues were around postage. Given it seemed to be charged per item 5 ph... ãã£ãšèŠã
Bought my voucher on Groupon and had no problem getting my project completed and sent off to be printed. Problem (created by myself) started when went it came to delivery seems o.missed house number... ãã£ãšèŠã

Disappointing, no customer service, no help
This company have let me down and ruined a special moment for my friends baby shower that Iâve been organising this upcoming weekend. I ordered a product with plenty of time for it to arrive in time for the event and there has been a problem with delivery- it was sent to a completely different address than the one I specified. I have tried contacting the company countless times over the past few days and no one is responding to me with a resolution. There is still time for them to help me but no matter how many times I reach out Iâm ignored. Iâm desperate, I spent a lot of time and money on creating this book and feel utterly distraught that they are going to ruin this moment for me and my friend. Do not deal with this company, awful customer service and no ownership of their mistakes.

Very disappointed with this order
Very disappointed with this order. I took the time to crop and resize the images to display correctly and the calendar has arrived with images completely misaligned, people missing from the images due to it being printed inconsistent with my positioning when placing the order. Spent £26 on a calendar as a Motherâs Day gift and was sorely disappointed with the poor turnout when opening the gift and will now have to purchase from elsewhere to ensure the images are correctly displayed. I called customer services to resolve this issue and was disconnected on three separate occasions. I do not recommend wasting your time ordering from here.

Item not delivered and no response from Printerpix
I've used this company for many years and never had any issue but I recently ordered a picture and a jigsaw (total spend £45) for a birthday gift. I received the picture but not the jigsaw even though I had an email on 5 March telling me it had been despatched. I raised a ticket on their website last week (you can't call or email them) but I've had zero response so I've no idea what's happened or if I am going to get the jigsaw or my money back which is really poor from them. I don't know what's happened to this company as they used to be so reliable.
Update on 24 March - the email mentioned below said - you don't get a box with a 60 piece puzzle - I never mentioned anything about a box - there was nothing to go in a box as they did not send me the puzzle - at all! Honestly don't know what's gone wrong with this company - such a shame - just told them I want a refund or will do a charge back - AVOID AVOID AVOID

Out of focus text and illustrations
Printerpix UK system for reporting a problem is VERY poor!
You get an email from a person (or AI entity?!)
but when you reply it says you can't use the email address to reply to and you get a link, that goes back to main Printerpix site that didn't work to raise a Service Ticket in the first place. Been around this loop several times. Pure you know what.

1st order is a book I wrote with illustrations. It came back badly out of focus.
2nd order is exactly the same text and illustrations. It came back perfectly in focus.
I would like Printerpix to replace the first order with new copies of the 2nd order. It is impossible to get an email through to the right site.

Absolutely superb and swift customer service. Beautiful products which are easy to create with plenty of options. Easy to navigate around the site also. Have had 2 wedding albums designed on here and thr customer service has been excellent. Will definitely be using them for our pics!

Bought a groupon voucher to complete some cushions for my mum for Mothers Day ordered in good time start of March still not received very disappointing! Tried to follow up customer service is non existent happy to take the money and then charge an earth for delivery extra expense but not deliver on their promise a guaranteed delivery for Mothers Day. Thought was a good deal then extra charges added and stress it has caused should never have bothered. AI Robot Hannah Mae doesn't care or is human to be able to. Very poor!

Dear Printerpix Customer Service Team,
I received my photobook order (no. 45197153). Thank you for the delivery on 04/02/2026, and since then, I have contacted Printerpix Customer Service FIVE OCCASIONS, due to poor quality of the service, print and binding of the photobooks. But no reply.
Poor quality photobook no. 01 (photobook no. 410MQ1U97153A003). This bookâs binding was of very poor quality.
Poor quality photobook no. 02 (photobook no. 410MQ1U97153A001). In this photobook, lots of the pages are incorrect; it has been collected and bound with pages from the photobook no. 01 (your photobook no. 410MQ1U97153A003). Also, the quality of the photobook binding is very poor.
Previously, I tried your websiteâs live chat (AI?), but after a long wait (over an hour), I received only repeated âOne moment pleaseâ messages with no further response (very frustrated). I tried email, and tried submitting a complaint ticket from its website and enclosed photos of proof, but after 5 weeks still been no reply from Printerpix. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Order not arrived and no communication
I placed an order for a photobook for Mother's Day and was informed it would arrive early or worst case on time. It has not and I cannot get in touch or get a response from this company. The tracking shows it is with Asendia, but there is no update and again, I cannot get in touch or a response from this company. I want PrinterPix to respond to this and get in touch personally to rectify the issue. If this does not happen, I will look to go down a legal route to reclaim my money

Excellent photo blanket
I got the queen size photo blanket using multiple pictures and it came out so beautifully! Much better than what I expected. The pictures are so clear and it looks amazing. Will make a perfect present :)
Quick and easy to do âŠ
Fairly quick and easy to sort out which photo I wanted on the slate, extra's there if wanted or not. Kept well informed as to when it was on it's way etc and now sat with pride of place next to the other one I previously brought from Printerpix - highly recommend !

Had a problem with a photobook price and complained about it. Nathan Lewis was the person who took over and helped me. Gave me a voucher for the next photobook which I completed. He then ordered it and it arrived very quickly. In conclusion I would now happily use printer pix again. Thank you Nathan

Terrible. AVOID.
Paid extra to have framed picture arrive by Motherâs Day following the instructions on the homepage. Was upsold a premium frame and paid for âRushâ which was stated to ensure my order would arrive by Motherâs Day. Well it is now the day after Motherâs Day, I have sent two emails and tried to contact them by online chat telling them to cancel the order as they have failed to deliver it in time and been ignored at every turn. Just had email from Evri saying they are expecting the parcel. I am not looking forward to trying to get my money back I will more than likely get a chargeback from the card issuer as will be simpler than dealing with these.

After Several emails approximately 20 and a promise of a replacement mug 2 months ago. They have ignored me and all recent complaints and communication absolutely disgusting but continue to send me offers on daily emails.Never again!!
