I had wanted to change my car for the last year and somehow had felt very ill at ease about doing it this time. This went on for at least a year . I did visit one or two places. In the end I was given the number of Priory Automative by my sister in law and family.
It was great . I was able to talk straight away to Mike on the phone. There was no fuss . I chose a car from selection sent. The delivery was great and my old car taken at the same time. Time was spent with me explaining the car. So pleased! Thank you! Heather Allen

This was the third time I've used Priory and each time the service has been swift, efficient and personal and has delivered three reliable cars

Because the last time I changed my car Priory was so friendly and efficient, I used them again. (I last changed my car ten years ago, which shows what a good car Mike found for me last time). And I now have another excellent car, very well presented - it looked as good as new. Very good value, a fair price for my last car in part-exchange, friendly yet efficient and prompt communications, ll questions answered, car driven to my drive and the old one driven away, no anxieties: I can't think of any point that requires animadversion. Warmly recommended.

This was my second time for approaching Priory Automotive for an exchange of cars as the first time was an excellent experience. This second occasion was no different and Mike was once again very attentive and efficient in looking after my needs. His team of drivers to arrange delivery and exchange are also highly knowledgeable and always have a helpful and courteous manner and attitude. Once again, this was a first class personal service which was much appreciated.

I have purchased two cars from Priory Automotive. Both have been great cars in excellent condition, in my budget and perfect for my needs. When I bought the second car, they made a very fair part-exchange offer on the previous car. Each car was delivered to me (a few counties away) at no extra charge. Going to Priory automotives makes buying a car so easy as they are a car dealer you can trust.

Great support and help to find a new car from Mike. He was really helpful and quickly came up with a great option and within a week took delivery of our new car which we are thoroughly enjoying. Priory Automotive offers a great end to end service which is reliable and painless!! I certainly would recommend this company if you are looking for a new car.

I have recently bought my second car from Priory Automotive and would highly recommend them.
On both occasions I gave Mike a ‘wish list’ of features I was looking for in a car and he gave me several options.
Mike was incredibly helpful, and the ability to know the value of my previous vehicle before accepting the insurance company’s offer following an accident was most welcome.
The convenience of not having to visit multiple showrooms and having the car delivered to the door meant I was back on the road within a week.
Excellent service all round.

I have just bought my third car via Priory Automotive. After some initial research to find the type of car I wanted, a few phone calls to Mike and a few emails had it all sorted in a week. The car was delivered within days. Car almost new and all the new bells and whistles explained by the driver. Easier than buying a new suit!

Mike Stimely responded promptly by email and phone throughout the process, and I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Mike's efficiency saved me a lot of time online and going to showrooms, because he was able to find exactly the car I was looking for. Another bonus was the part-exchange which meant the new car was delivered and the old one taken away; again this saved a lot of time. The new car was serviced with MOT and then delivered to my house in immaculate condition, fully valeted. I knew of Priory through previous dealings with Autosave, and have been delighted with the whole process of buying through them. They sourced the right car quickly, gave me a fair price for mine, and organised delivery at a convenient time. All very smooth and professional. The car was superbly presented and we're very pleased with everything. It's a little daunting parting with cash before the car arrives, but I found Mike and Steve totally trustworthy, and they've gone the extra mile in supporting us because the previous supplier didn't provide both keys, an issue which they have resolved. Excellent service and after-care: will definitely use them again and am pleased to recommend them wholeheartedly.

Priory Automotive has supplied my cars for many years. I have always received excellent service. The cars are in good condition, well prepared, delivered promptly. Purchasing a car unseen can be a risky business but I have never had any cause for concern with Mike Stimey. Drivers who deliver the vehicle are very helpful.
I would recommend them to anyone and have done so.

I have been pleased with the aftercare provided by Priory to no end. I have no experience with other car dealerships, however, Priory has looked after me and my car even one and a half years after purchasing it!

My car had developed some marks on it from general road use (bird poo stains, scuffs and scratches etc), and Priory asked me to pop it down and they would take a look. After taking my car to them they were able to buff out the marks and make the car look as good as new! I feel this is a level of service that would not be offered by many other dealerships, especially 1.5 years after purchase.

I would be more than happy to return to Priory Automotive to buy my next car, feeling reassured I would be looked after for many years to come even after the sale has been completed.

Best car company! We highly recommend Priory Automotive. From start to finish Steve and Mike listened carefully to what I needed, kept patience when I changed my ideas, they answered all my questions and came up with several cars at a price I could afford. They made part exchange hassle free, and were so straightforward.
Tony delivered the new car exactly on time and took such care showing me all the settings. Our first purchase with Priory but definitely not our last!

Mike found me a car swiftly after an accident, passed on extra information, and talked me through options/ availability. Tony delivered exactly on time and was happy to spend time showing me the practicalities: and my cat didn't growl at him at all, which is high praise as he's not keen on strangers. I should also take this opportunity to say that there were a few minor niggles with my previous car: none of these were Priory's fault or responsibility, but their after-purchase services were nothing short of superb, and they really helped me navigate the warranty etc when they could have just left me to it. I never considered getting this car with anyone else as a result.
