Ein Monat später immer noch keine Lieferung
Einfach nur ein Saftladen.
Ich hatte am 28.11 einen Radkoffer bestellt. Es fing alles damit an, dass DHL die ganze Zeit angezeigt hat, dass die Sendung elektronisch angekündigt wurde, während der Status auf ProBikeKit angezeigt hat, dass die Sendung zwischen dem 7.12 und dem 9.12 ankommen sollte. Das Paket ist aber natürlich am 9.12 nicht angekommen. Daraufhin habe ich mich mit dem Kundenservice in Verbindung gestellt. Der Kundenservice antwortet zwar immer sehr schnell, bietet aber keine brauchbare Lösungen. Ich hatte eine Lieferfrist (22.12) gesetzt und trotzdem wurde diese nicht eingehalten. Auf wiederholte Anfrage, wo denn das Paket war, kam immer wieder die Antwort, dass sie sich mit dem Kurierpartner in Verbindung gesetzt hätten und dass ich in weniger Zeit einen aktuellen Status bekommen würde. Der aktualisierte Status kam aber nie an. Ich habe jetzt die Bestellung storniert und
eine Frist (28.12) zum Überweisen gesetzt. Natürlich immer noch kein Geld angekommen. Ich werde hier nie wieder bestellen.

Stages Powermeter R7000
The powermetercrank I've ordered came after 3 weeks and it was definitely used... The battery pulltab on the crank was missing and it has some slight marks. There was no comment on the taxes I had to pay when I've finally picked up the package so after all the price wasn't even better than ordering local... I wouldn't recommend ordering here and it was definitely the last time for me.

Not yet received the product...more that 1 week delay
The company promissed a fast delivery but until todayI did not receive the product. I expected it more than 1 week ago, but until today it did not arrive. I am very disappointed. They do not make it clear on the website, that the product is coming from the UK. I would not have bought it, if I knew that. I just hope that it arrives...

Delivery dates: don't promise dates which you cannot hold and make the customer pay for it!
I was told that I will receive the material the next day if I order before 1:30 PM, so I ordered at 9 AM AND I paid 15 Euros for the next day delivery. Today is Thursday!
In the afternoon DHL informed me that the equipment will arrive on Monday, e.g. in 4 days. This is not acceptable! I could have chosen the regular delivery terms.
