Friendly and knowledgeable staff, took the time to help us and gave full attention although busy. Great experience and got exactly what we needed. Also the quality is good and not overpriced!

Stepping into a well presented store
Stepping into a well presented store, i was approached by a member of staff who was very polite. I was allowed to roam the store at my own pace and without being hassled by anyone. Once I made my decision on what to purchase a member of staff was available to me. The member was very polite and knowledgeable guiding me through my final purchase. A great experience

Pans for induction hobs
I went into the shop to look at pans for induction hobs. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. Having taken her advice and, as I was on my bike, I went home and ordered a set
