Brilliant customer service / Watford
Very impressed with customer service and brilliant warranty on Gourmet stainless steel pans from ProCook.
Handle came away from the pan lid. Visited Watford branch to purchase replacement lid and was provided with a brand new pan.
Staff in this branch are so lovely
