On this occasion I added to my cutlery collection. No problem finding the product. I also found a cutlery set for my grandson featuring a giraffe. Staff were pleasant and courteous.

A really good shop for everything in…
A really good shop for everything in the kitchen and outside dining. The staff are really helpful and knowledgeable of the products on sale. Definitely worth a visit.

Product that i wqnted wasnt available…
Product that i wqnted wasnt available in the shop. I been told that just in the cashier point when try to pay for the item. I need it to settle for a cheqper procuct.

Great products, amazing service
Visited the store at the Designer Outlet at York. We were looking for a new set of induction pans and a set of kitchen knives. Melissa in the store was amazing. She was so passionate about the products, told us exactly what we needed to know (pros and cons) and then left us to consider so no feel of sales pressure. We ended up buying a set of both. Products are first class at a reasonable price. Service was amazing compared to other stores we visited.
