Brilliant service as always. The boys at Protyre are friendly, knowledgeable and are expert in what’s both best and affordable in repairing our two Hondas. Thank you again for such excellent service.

My car was scraped while having two front tyres fitted. Although there were scratches already there these were new ones. They denied it and I couldn’t prove it.

I booked 2 tyres for today fitting 19.6.26
Over 225 I paid. Just had a call they are fully booked and can fit on Monday.I took the day off work to drive 25 mins to get my tyres fitted at the time given. Why put a time take my money and you cant do the job.you are not the ones that have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund and took a day off for nothing.I am most annoyed with your rubbish service.I will never reccomend your garage. Its not you that is out of pocket and had to take time off work.Anyone who is booking with this company please ring them as they are absolutely rubbish. I had to put 1 star wish I could put minus 10.waste if time.I will never book with any time waster company that takes money then inconvenience their custers word of mouth is powerful and I will not recommend your company to anyone.

Staff were very good
Staff were very good. Helpful, personable, did a great job.
On the negative side, I had to wait an hour from my agreed booking time for my car to go on the ramp.
Obviously some staff shortages can't be avoided. But it's not fair on the customer on the booked in customer. Could the delay not have been foreseen? Could someone not have given me a call in advance?
Thanks to the staff though.
