Cheapest a round and was very helpful with telling me worse case what car would need will deffo use again and give them 5 star for everything from drop off till collect even best test centre I have ever been to and cheapest and even got to put it on my PayPal which was even better

Placed an order on line for 4 new tyres and tracking. Tyres were fitted on the day booked but was told we would need to come back the next for tracking because the machine needed calibrating. Came back the next day to be told you couldn’t track 22 inch wheels ! But you fitted 22inch tyres the day before!

Easy to book a service, smooth drop off and collection, reasonable price and friendly employees. I also pre booked my mot. 👍

I just had a gold service done today, and I'm not happy with the work performed. I don’t think they changed the engine oil, as it looks the same before and after the service. I wouldn't recommend this service for BMW or Mercedes-Benz owners. It seemed that the technicians were not fully qualified, and they used aftermarket parts from Euro Car Parts.

Booked car in for a service and mot, I also booked the courtesy car as I have a fair way to travel to the garage.
On arrival I was told that the courtesy car was not available as it was double booked, leaving me stuck until the work had been completed.
No complaints about the work carried out, but the issue over the courtesy car put a dampener on the experience

Outstanding first class service yet again from this garage with the staff who always go above and beyond with honest values and morals.

Fast, efficient, Service. Gave me advice, a quote and a booking for new front tyres, just in time for the winter weather. A time slot given so no long days waiting for your fitting to be done. Pleased to have new tyres to deal with the snow and ice.

Protyre have the best selection of tyres out of anywhere I could find, they also have very competitive pricing, resulting in me selecting them. The service was good and I was able to select a time slot that best suited me. It didn't take them long to put on my new tyres and all went well. I would definitely recommend Protyre for the next time you need some new tyres!

Popped in with a puncture, they future me in their busy diary, all sorted in 30 mins

I was booked in for a tyre and look at 2 slow punctures the lads couldn’t find the puncture and didn’t charge me for having a look new tyre done I will definitely be going back

Many thanks to the young manwho bailed me out after driving for over two hours and fixing my brakes which I was told we’re dangerous and only charged me a tenner would recommend them first class service

Happy with test and speed of repairs but not sure about info in bill and handbrake adjustment seems wrong.

Friendly quick service

I was told that the sump needed replacing as the thread was detiriorated during the anual oil change. I ended up paying just over 500 pounds but the email with the invoice never arrived. So no idea what I was charged for and it feels like I am being ripped off, while I have to spend extra time chasing a missing invoice. Service at this garage used to be excellent.
