Friendly staff. Quick process

Called to order a pair of motorcycle tyres for me to collect in the car, as I was not ready to fit them to the bike just yet. A message relayed from the branch manager was that this is not permitted and they would only fit to the bike or to loose wheels taken in! Obviously business in a tough climate and my future custom is not important to them. I’ll go over the road to Chris Mullens Tyres.

I booked the van in with protyre for new tyres on Monday they worked on it straight away good service chatted with the guy on reception was friend.

Absolutely Awful Customer Care. I Booked the car in at appointed time for new tyres. Despite arriving on time my wife and I were left waiting for two hours before car was ready. When we queried the wait we were told they were short staffed. However no-one at Pro Tyre thought it necessary to explain to us that there would be a delay or apologise for the wait. We'll be going elsewhere next time.

Car failed MOT in the morning on tyres. Protyre got the tyres i needed with in a couple of hours and booked me in for fitting shortly after. Great service all round and excellent customer service.

Great service, i needed teo tyre fitting urgently and fitted in on the day at short notice. They rushed tyre order through for me. I couldn't be more please with their assistance.

The team explained everything prior to the work steering issues and were extremely efficient in everything they did.

Well where to begin, I had booked a tyre change for at home on my motorhome, Steve the fitter encountered problems whilst trying get the wheel off , so we had to go to the depot. The wheel rim was in a rusty shape and was leaking . However he managed to use the spare rim and eventually sorted my van , first class service in what was a testing change of tyre, all the guys at the Glos depot were spot on , but Steve was fantastic. Thanks Steve

Ordered the tyres online, reasonable price and they had fitting slots available that afternoon. Very easy and quick process. Within 2 hours of ordering from my sofa I had 2 new tyres fitted and good to go, i was advised of other work that may be needed but there was no pressure to buy or any kind of intrusive sales pitch! Great Experience!

Excellent service, Dave was up from Exeter looking after the Gloucester branch. I can’t fault his attitude and approach to work and the quality fix I received.
Superb all round, was let down by 4 other tyre places in the same area!

Good price for the tyres once discount for buying a pair applied. Arrived on time for appointment and they took car straight in. Not the friendliest of people though. No ' If you have any problems let us know & thanks for bringing your car in ' Just there's your keys once completed or in fact any appreciation as a customer. Did the job so can't complain. On a subsequent contact the manager explained they were exceptionally busy so on reflection have given 5 stars as the job was carried out well.
