Great customer service and good prices. The staff are friendly and helpful and we've used them many times for new tyres, wheel balancing and air con regas. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent advice and service
I like going to Tiers Cross Protyre because the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They help me choose the right tyres for my vehicles and they explain the costs upfront, so that I know I am getting value for money. This time I booked a time slot which was great and stress free. I know that if I call on spec they are always helpful too.

Exceptional service. Highly recommend
Late afternoon, return from school run, blow out due to debris on road. Quick call to Protyre, and breakdown truck arrived in 10 minutes, emergency spare fitted, then back to Depot for new tyre and 4 wheel drive tracking. Back on road within one hour. Exceptional service - very friendly knowledgable staff, excellent service and good value. Highly recommend.

Professional Efficient & Friendly
While on holiday recently, I’ve had two problems with my car. The first a tyre pressure sensor issue, was investigated fully and sorted by Mark and I was on my way thirty minutes later. The next day I went to start the car and the battery had died. As I’d had such great service the day before I contacted Protyre and they had the correct battery in stock so I took the car over (jump-started) and having confirmed the battery was the problem it was replaced at a very reasonable price. The team here are very welcoming, friendly and professional and I’d recommend this branch of Protyre to anyone.

Simply fantastic service
I called this branch of Protyre when I quickly needed tyres for an unexpected drive of over 350 miles. Although it was late afternoon they sourced my 20” tyres from another branch and fitted them at a very competitive price. I will definitely use these guys again and recommend them. What great service by ProTyre, I turned up at the Haverfordwest Branch and they redirected me to Tiers Cross
Rory and the fittings team were very accommodating given I just turned up without a prior appointment
Prompt work, coffee included and three new tyres all in space of an hour
Would highly recommend this company
