This was the first time using this company for tyres they were very friendly from my telephone call to my visit and very helpful I highly recommend them

Friendly honest advice

Exceptional.
I came in on spec for wheel alignment and it instantly and perfectly at a reasonable price.
The manager was very polite plus a free cup of coffee too.

Friendly , helpful and a good deal on my new tyres . Even remembered my name next day she I arrived to have them fitted .

Excellent service by friendly and efficient staff. Coffee was an added bonus. If we were local would certainly use them again

I booked to have new front brake discs and pads after my car failed an MOT. The garage gave me an appointment for the next day which I was delighted with. I left my car with the garage but never got a call to say it was ready to get picked up. When I returned, I was told that they had called. After checking what number they had form me, we realised that a member of staff previously (approx. 5 years previously) noted my phone number incorrectly. He wrote 1 instead of 7 for one of the phone numbers. So that cleared that up.
I drove my car away and found that the brakes were much better and didn't shudder as it did before. I parked up my car and I didn't use it for a few days.
I went to drive it to watch my grandchild play rugby but after a short while, I heard a noise coming from the front of the car. I had a 2-hour drive ahead of me on the A40 trunk road, dual carriageway and then motorway (M4). Before I got far, the noise becomes worse, so I phone the AA. I had to wait for 1 hour 45 minutes for the AA to get to me so this meant I wouldn’t get to Cardiff to watch my grandson play rugby.
The AA mechanic found that the wheel nuts on the near side front wheel was very loose and he said another 5 minutes driving, I would have lost the wheel totally, which would have been catastrophic. On inspecting the off side front wheel, the AA mechanic found that they hadn't been tightened up to the required torque either. As the car had been at Pro tyre very recently, we can only assume that the person fitting the wheels back on, didn't tighten the wheel nut by the required amount. If we had an accident we could have died and then I doubt if that person responsible would have been prosecuted for manslaughter. We’ll never know thank goodness.
There needs to be an inquiry to find out who the person was that didn't do his job to the required standard and given training and directed to make sure it doesn't happen again to anyone else. If I carried on much further on the trip, it could have ended in disaster for my wife and I.

Cant fault the guys at Tiers Cross really friendly guys, informative and knowledgeable. Physically shown issues that i had with my van and gave great advice!

I turned up on spec to get my front wheel alignment done. What a service, the car went straight in and I was immediately offered free coffee. The work was done in under ten minutes for a very reasonable £46.
The staff and particularly the manager were extremely helpful and polite, as was the lady in the town branch of Protyre who told me to come over to this branch.
Recommended !

From the phonecall asking if they could change my tyre on a bank holiday, from the welcome and the offer of a coffee whilst they changed the tyre. Amazing service. Made me feel welcome. Very efficient and all staff had smiles on their faces. Amazing service. Please keep up the good work. A credit to the profession.

Brilliant, immediate service. I stopped in on the of chance they might have a headlamp bulb and they went one step further, fitting it there and then at no extra cost. Cheaper than Halfords and many others and friendly with it.

Very friendly and helpful when I came to get a picture repair. Very prompt service. Advised on future work (brakes will need replacing). Good facilities and was offered a hot drink while I waited.

Easy process and no delays.
