Staff great, location great . Service quick. Paid more than expected .

Prompt service on day of puncture then fitted replacement in plenty of time for my needed collection

Went to Protyre in Tiers Cross.Five stars. Brilliant service, very trustworthy and efficient. Turned up without an appointment and they saw us straightaway, identified the problem, fixed it and we were out in 15 mins. Really good prices too.

Great service and outstanding staff. No appointments needed unlike other tyre services in the area even though there’s no customers. Maybe a little wait if they’re busy which is fine. Also good prices. Overall in my opinion best tyre service about in this area.

Very efficient and the guy was able to show me just how close the situation was to becoming a serious accident on a car I had just bought and drove back 200 miles, very lucky

Great service, my wife had a puncture and she managed to get to the garage. Very welcoming and sorted a good quality tyre and a very reasonable price. No waiting either.

Booked appointment online. Speedy service on arrival. 4 tyres changed in next to no time. Delicious free coffee while waiting. Would definitely recommend.

Warm welcome very friendly staff excellent service

Called to replace 4 van tyres and asked for a specific brand, was told yes but when it came to fitting they didn’t have them. Was offered replacements which we agreed. Paid for that and balancing of 4 tyres/wheels. On motorway journey home wheel wobble was atrocious. Had to take the van to an alternative branch the following day to be told they hadn’t balanced the front tyres properly 145g out on one and 110 on other. Rears hadn’t been balanced at all. Had paid for 4! Sales man on at least 3 occasions stated he’d come back to me but didn’t and it took 2 emails to head office to get a refund for the balancing. I hasten to add at the cost to an alternative branch. This meant 2 additional visits out of my way.
I would like to say I am grateful for the honesty of the sales guys in the Cardiff branch and actually re doing my balancing correctly.

The service I received was of the highest quality and standard and advice received regarding other matters/services was very much appreciated.

Hello, ordered two tyres online, came into Protyre, Tiers Cross at 17:10. Probably too late to have them fitted. However, no problem. Two tyres on by 17:25 and off home for tea. Great service from the boys. Thanks Derek John.

Best team you could ask for gone above and beyond .. been to Pembroke and Haverfordwest.. these guys have nothing compared to tiers cross guys .. my go to guys ..
