Easy to book online. Have had MOT's done in the past. Easy to park and leave the car. Helpful that they call to confirm when the MOT is finished and the car is ready to collect. Pleasant helpful smooth transaction.

On time, clean waiting area, drinks available!

Fast, quality, friendly, professional.

Took over 3 hours without any real updates, told it would be 45mins to 1 hour, as we were returning an hour later phone call to advise needed new tyre, when we asked prices, phone was hung up, we rang twice more to be hung up on a 2nd time and funally said yes on 3rd call. Told it would be 15 minutes, went back after 30.. still not put on car. Watched as car tjat arrived after me had 2 tyres replaced and left before the girl, who left my car to do later car, retuened and finally fitted my tyre. No apoligies, no consideration, no service.

Easy to book MOT, carried out quickly, new tyre needed and located and car booked in for next day.
Seating/waiting area could be made more comfortable with just a few hundred £, maybe a table and somewhere to plug in a laptop. Not sure if the coffee machine was working, the snack dispenser below was empty and off so I though the drinks machine was too.

My car went in it lost power they replaced plugs and coils charged me £437 said car was ready I drove car 1 mile same thing happened car should have never left garage now they say I need new engine unbelievable amateurs didn’t have a clue stay away

I was getting my air con fixed and they noticed I had a dangerously bald tyre and got me in the same day to get it changed! Thank you.
