TUPE. I stumbled across QLaw when researching TUPE and my future employment rights. The website gave me an insight into my rights and, although I have not needed to instruct a solicitor, as yet, I did receive a very informative email from Clare Chappell. Clare gave me advice of my rights and the steps that should always be taken, by both my current employer and any future employing organisation, before I have to spend money instructing a solicitor.
