We first used QLaw (Quanticks) back in 2012 for conveyancing, with Gemma providing an efficient and professional transaction.

In 2016 we again had a great experience with Carlota with the sale of an investment property.

Recently we needed a solicitor to act as a witness for the signing of an Affidavit. Having reached out to a number of solicitors, QLaw were the only ones who contacted me straight away. Clare, went out of her way to help and we were able to arrange an appointment easily.

The conveyancing period for the sale of my flat took over fourteen months. In fairness to QLaw the time delay was down to the freeholders estate being in probate which impacted on the lease renewal procedure. However sadly QLaws professional commitment to my predicament and the overall conveyancing process I feel was severely lacking. Had I not spent several months pushing this sale with multiple phone calls and emails to QLaw with me benefiting from having a direct dialogue with my buyer and freeholder the sale would have no doubt fallen through. Approximately 80% of responses from QLaw had to be chased in the first instance by me. As for QLaw digital progress app this was a complete waste of time. My appointed conveyancing solicitor did not work on Tuesdays and their working hours were between 10.00-16.00 hrs. I wanted to give a local business my custom but only wish I explored alternatives in the same area.

Even though I couldn’t really be helped through this service I was messaged back and given advice and friendly help regarding my circumstances. I’m the future if I need assistance I will definitely be contacting again . Thankyou for your kind words
