I needed help with a settlement agreement and saw Louise at Quanticks. She was friendly and really easy to talk with and helped explain the details of the agreement. Louise Harris at Quanticks came to my help at a time after I lost my mother and things seemed so hard. She was so kind and sympathetic and did everything I needed in superhuman time. I asked other lawyers in Redhill for a quote for doing the same thing as I asked Quanticks to do for me, and their proposed quote was ridiculously high compared to the good value I got from Quanticks. I needed some advice about our boundary line and what we could and couldn’t do due to the covenants in our property’s deeds. I raised the query with Louise and was speaking through our options with her the next day. Louise clearly has excellent knowledge surround this area and the advice that we received was fantastic and easy to understand. Was asked NOT to be contacted, and then they charge you for asking "how are things going?" when you explicitly say "don't contact me", and then charges you if you have an account query, and then charges you again for looking into that account query! Shame, because the advice I got was good, their account management/policies leaves A LOT to be desired.
