I had a great experience using Quanticks when purchasing a property in Doncaster. The communication was always proactive and clear and most importantly flexible in terms of how, when and where we communicated. This was incredibly important to me as I was in France for much of the time and not always available during standard working hours. Stephanie and the team at Quantiks have been supportive and helpful throughout my long process of selling my home and buying a new property. Stephanie showed patience and understanding when circumstances changed on two occasions and Stephanie and Liz got us efficiently to exchange of contracts and completion on both properties. Latterly Liz was my primary contact and she was always on hand to help.
One development point was that Stephanie passed me to Nadine who then left the business and I was not informed until Liz took over which was a bit unsettling. Liz quickly picked up the reins though and I am grateful for all her help! Fees fair and reasonable, as well as easy to understand.Recommend.

The team were great. They met with me very quickly and communicated brilliantly through the process. Really good service!

We're first time buyers and didn't have the first clue about conveycing. However, Liz was beyond helpful, patient and sweet and any time she wasn't available, her colleague Stephanie was really helpful and friendly, too. We needed a super fast completion time and they have not let us down. If we ever need to use a solicitor again, I wouldn't even question sticking with Quanticks. 10/10.

We couldn’t have asked for better advice! Very helpful and professional.

Required some urgent assistance with a settlement agreement and having phoned on Friday morning Louise managed to see me in the afternoon.
Louise explained the agreement clearly and concisely, whilst also finding some TV entertainment for my 6 year old daughter.
