Engineer came when they said he would, rang 20 mins in advance to let us know he was on his way.
Did a sterling job, very tidy install, engineer was courteous and polite. Speeds are as advertised immediately with very little latency, unusual for a rural property. 10/10 would (and have) recommend

The installer arrived today and his explanation of the set up procedure was excellent - Mr S Harrison is a very knowledgeable young man - 3 boosters fitted also and all working at full speed - thanks 👍👍

Firstly, I have to preface this review by saying that I do work for Quickline. I am however writing this review purely from a consumer perspective. I recently moved to a rural village and I was concerned that the internet would not be what I was used to living in Hull. I went through the booking process the same way that anyone would and got an initial install date of the 22nd of June. I asked them to let me know if they could do it any earlier if anything changed. They ended up getting in touch and came two days earlier which was fantastic. The installer was a chap called Nathan M who I have not come across at any of the Quickline get togethers or in the office which shows how busy we are these days. He was fantastically polite comma professional and did a fantastic job including installing the whole home Wi-Fi so I have connectivity in every corner of the property. I will definitely be seeking him out at the summer party and I will be buying him a pint. Now I have used the internet for nearly a week I felt it was time to leave the review because I have experienced the actual service also. I signed up for the 1Gb package and I have not yet seen it drop below 900Mbps so I can say for rural broadband Quickline are the best in my experience and that is not because I am biased. I am proud to work for this company.

Harrison S , went above and beyond , very professional and did not cut any corners with my fibre installation especially when it came to splicing they're fibre cables he was a perfectionist and would not settle for anything less than perfect. Great Job 👍🏽

I live in the middle of nowhere and I finally have high speed fibre broadband 1gb up/1gb down. Thank you so much to all at quickline but a major massive thank you to the final installer Harrison S, his work is impeccable, great attention to detail, advice and pointers, you can tell he takes pride in his work.

Just had Quickline installed. Utter garbage. 5-600 mbps at the router. Doesn’t work in the kitchen or upstairs. Sky/talktalk 23-26mbps worked in every room with no boosters.
Currently on 4g on my phone & speed test at 3.15 upload 2.24 download.

Harrison S was very helpful, polite, answered all our questions and cleaned everywhere he worked, left everything as it was. He explained everything to us and made sure we could connect our phones and computer before he left.

Excellent communication from start to finish. Engineers were friendly and knowledgeable, they consulted us during installation to make sure we were happy with the location of wires and hardware. Dan got us up and running with no problems and gave a comprehensive demonstration of the system.

Super friendly and efficient installer. Left everything clean and tidy. All working perfectly. Thank you Alvin.

Kyle Twell installed our internet this morning and he was brilliant - thanks Kyle. Friendly, helpful and got us set up in no time. So far our experience with Quickline has been great - definitely feel like a valued customer rather than a number.

Fantastic installation experience with Quickline today! Karl H arrived right on time after a helpful text update last night. He went above and beyond to hide the router perfectly behind my media wall TV. Fast, clean, and highly professional work. I cannot recommend their customer service and installation team enough. A very professional engineer arrived and worked in the blazing sun / heat wave without complaint. He is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Excellent work, manner and very clean. A real pleasure to have in our home. And yes we did give him a few cold drinks as he worked in a heat wave.

Overall quickline have been good. We had a couple of issues to begin with due to miscommunication with getting the pre installation sorted, however was promptly dealt with and resolved.

We had Dan D to do the final installation today, and not only quick as can be, but in general a nice, respectful guy, very helpful getting the cable positioned where we needed it.

Great experience with Quickline. I was kept well informed of procedures from surveying property to laying of cabling to house.
Shout out to Sam and Ryan who installed the equipment in the house. Very friendly, efficient and respectful of my home. Left everything in good order. Thanks lads.
