The pickleball racquet I wanted was 'out of stock' so I rang the company to enquire as to when new supplies would arrive. My call was immediately answered by an efficient and charming person who informed me that a 'Gamma' consignment was being unpacked as we spoke. I gave them a whole hour to update the website, then ordered my racquet which arrived the next morning, well and sustainably packed. A professional, efficient, pleasant and positive experience from start to finish.

Great customer service, great prices and fast shipping!

I bought a Spinfire Pro 2 Tennis Ball Machine from Racquet Depot in early August 2023. As a recent starter in tennis, I was nervous about making a purchase as expensive as this. Writing this review now three months later (early October 2023), I can say that this was one of the best decisions that I have made - both in terms of the buying the tennis ball machine, and buying it from Racquet Depot.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Before deciding to buy the Spinfire Pro 2 Tennis Ball Machine, I researched the various models of tennis ball machines available and shortlisted a few - the Spinfire Pro, the Lobster Elite, and the Slinger Bag. When I phoned Racquet Depot, they were very knowledgeable about the different models and provided me with an honest and objective opinion about which model suited my needs best.

To give an example of their objectivity, from the range of tennis ball machines that I was considering, I was initially thinking of buying the high end Lobster Elite 5 LE (Grand Slam) from Racquet Depot at a starting price of about £3,400. After talking to Racquet Depot about my requirements, the Spinfire Pro 2 stood out as the best fit, at a starting price of about £2,000, and that is the model that I ultimately bought.

From purchase to delivery, every action was smoothly carried out by Racquet Depot and well communicated. Delivery was fast and the tennis ball machine arrived at my place well within the delivery time promised.

The tennis ball machine has worked perfectly since early August, and continues to do so - so I have not yet had a chance to test Racquet Depot's post-sales customer service. But I should mention that one of the factors that hugely swayed me towards buying the machine from Racquet Depot is that they have consistently received very favourable reviews dating back to 2014 (almost a decade), many of which detail the prompt and diligent customer service provided by Racquet Depot if there were any issues with the products.

HIGH QUALITY PRODUCTS

I purchased the Spinfire Pro 2 Tennis Ball Machine, a machine cover, two hopper baskets and three sets of practise tennis balls packs from Racquet Depot. All of the products are of very high quality and fully living up to expectations. As and when I decide to upgrade or buy additional accessories, Racquet Depot will be my first point of call :-)

Genuinely a fantastic company. All supplies arrive almost like magic. Incredible delivery. I've been using them for years. Invaluable for any stringer.

The Customer service I received from Racguet depot was above and beyond my expectations. I ordered the wrong size, the sent me a replacement immediately, they did not wait until they had received the original. They sent confirmation and it arrived the next day, no problems and they were so polite.

Highly recommended company, the seller could not do enough for me from emails to calls, very friendly and so helpful all the way through from the sale to the final arrival of the tennis machine. DHL did a great job and also seller and DHL kept me informed at all time, smooth process with customs from UK to Ireland and so fast. I recommend to buy from this seller, great products and selections of goods on line. Always prompt emails and turnaround to questions. Never an issue or bother to the company. Unbelievably good service! Had an issue with a ball machine, discovered at 4.30 on a Friday afternoon. Replacement parts arrived on the Saturday, and was able to use the machine at an activity day on Sunday as planned. Simply superb.

I've been ordering from this store since 2021 and every time my experience was great.
The website is always up-to-date so I've never experienced ordering something that was not actually in stock, the selection is massive, the prices are very fair and the delivery is quick, and most importantly worldwide. I've also contacted the staff for support both via the website form and on the phone and every time they were very helpful.
I definitely recommend this store for any tennis player.

SUPER FAST DELIVERY....RECEIVED ITEMS EXACTLY ORDERED

This company is determined to give you the best service/support from the beginning, a prompt answer on the phone with a real helpful human, amazing. I got support on diagnosing the fault then parts promptly sent, when this didn't work they had the tennis ball machine shipped to them, repaired and returned within 3 days. Unfortunately the shipping company dropped and damaged the machines internal parts repackaged and delivered the damaged machine, Without admission. Racquet Depot had the machine shipped back and repaired immediately and returned within 3 days. Thing go wrong but when the company has your back that is special. Thank you team Racquet Depot UK

I ordered a Donjoy Knee Brace for skiing after my ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) reconstruction. The one I had ordered was out of stock from source and Racquet Depot immediately contacted me with alternatives. The size I ordered was too big and Racquet Depot sent me the right size within 24 hours! Also received advice regarding extra padding for fit and comfort. That was perfect!

I had previously made the order from another company. Two weeks later, I was informed they did not have the item. My ski holiday was to happen soon so I turned to Racquet Depot.

I have dealt with Racquet Depot twice in the last 3 months. On both occasions their customer service has been exemplary. The first order had a faulty item they immediately refunded without the slightest quibble. The second order was for a grommet strip that I couldn't get from anywhere else. They sourced and delivered in 3 days. Excellent!

Since I discover that website, those great group of people, I don't buy my strings from any other competitor. They have some of the best strings that don't lose tension, that have good feel and power, more importantly, they last. Their descriptions of the strings are on point. Great customer service with quick response via e-mail. I would definitely recommend them.

Simply put!….Racquet Depot - say what they do and do what they say. Excellent and recommended.

Racquet Depot’s customer service is simply amazing. They dispatched items super quickly, then went out of their way to help when Royal Mail lost a return. Not only did they work out where the package had been delivered in error, they also issued an instant refund. Beyond impressed!

I first purchased a racquet stringing machine from this vendor about a year and half ago, and I have been ordering various tennis items from them since. Their inventory is large, and items seem to be always in stock. The price is competitive, and so is the shipping charges. For example, my stringing machine was heavy and expensive to ship. I am in Canada, so it is a long way to ship! But, it still was cheaper than what I could buy locally. They ship right way, and you get it often sooner than local orders as well. They keep you posted throughout, and any inquiry is responded to within hours or less, and their response is outstanding. I place my last order on December 26th. They were closed on the 27th, but I got a notification on the morning of the 28th that the items were shipped. Normally, they show us within a few days. This time I didn't get it until last Friday, January 13th. But I figured that it is due to holidays. It was however delivered by Canada post in a plastic bag, soaking in water, with an note that it was damaged on the way. When I contacted Canada post about a recourse, they said only the shipper can request it. I hadn't bought any insurance, and I realized that this will create more work for the vender which was not at fault. I did contact the vendor on Monday, January 16th. I was emailed back right away, and after a couple of exchanges, they said they will ship me a new set of items. I buy lots of things online, often from the big vendors. I wish they could learn a thing or two about customer service from this company. They certainly have me sold, and you cannot find a better choice out there!
