I ordered the Pro's Pro racket stringer and it came in four days (I live in the US) I was very pleased with the product and service. I didn't order the upgraded clamps but found out I should have. They sent me the clamps at a discounted rate and they cam just a quick as before. The service was awesome.

Ordered Aircast Armband which was delivered to me very quickly. On examining the product and trying it on, a fault was found which was uncommon for such a good product. Contacted Racquet Depot UK by email and received a very quick response. Having supplied photographic evidence of the fault, this company provided an outstanding service and immediately arranged a replacement armband which arrived the following day. I belong to two tennis clubs and have already recommended this company for their good range of products and outstanding customer service. Well deserved praise to Racquet Depot UK, thank you.

Purchased a Tourna String o meter from this Company. Took it with me overseas and upon opening the product it was faulty. 5 minutes after contacting the Company via email they had already told me they would ship out a replacement even though I wouldn't be back into The UK for another 5 weeks. Would definitely recommend this Company for fast shipping, fast customer service response and 5 start customer service. Had dealing with Tennis Pro in the past (definitely a company to steer clear of) with similar issues and this Company doesn't give a hoot once they get your money until Racquet Depot.

i purchased a set of strings from
racquet depot im an A grade tennis player i live in Australia i have always played with kevlar since 1982 as cat gut got expensive and would break easy.The kevlar mix with super power is in my opinion is a top selection of string very soft and responsive i string the kevlar at 5LB (yes 5LB) and super power at the moment 53LB and i will try super power at lower tensions eventually.i consider myself a placement player and can power it on when necessary depending on my oppositions strengh.Once again thankyou for a top mix of string.

I was happy with the product that I bought more than 2 years ago and wear & tear happened outside of warranty period. Upon contacting for suggestions, I was amazed and impressed with the excellent customer service and fast responses. Services and even a part provided free of charge. Can’t expect any better after sales service from anyone. Communications are exceptional.
