one of my go-to retailers to order tennis merchandise even from the United States. they have more shipping options than anyone else at all ranges, have a responsive customer service, and are just pleasant to deal with. highly recommended.

Excellent service. The Pro Stringer arrived the next day as promised. The after sale support was excellent too - with Jack taking us through some set up issues and sending a video showing corrections we needed to make. Really first rate thank you. I have recently bought from Racket Depot a stringing machine and I have replaced upgrading a mechanical drop weight tensioning mechanism from a pro pro challenger with a newly refurbished electronic tensioning mechanism.

I want to highly recommend these Racket Depot Center and W&D strings as they were amazing especially David who helped me with all mounting and practising with the new strings. The ladies from reception were very attentive and courteous.

10/10 for these customer service and professionalism and I will recommend to go and try face to face as worth every penny.

For sure i will buy more from these Racket Depot and W&D strings in the future as they are amazing and this was my third interaction with them.

Expensive price but good service and fast delivery

Ordering strings to be delivered to the United States was quick, easy and a great deal. Shipping to my door from order date was eleven days. Remember to include your credit card " foreign currency conversion fees" which they'll add after your transaction. In this case it was about $6 on a $225 charge. I'll certainly use them again!

I initially ordered a few sets of tennis strings. These were dispatched very quickly and received an email notification of the dispatch. However, Royal Mail being what it is, I hadn't received the strings four days later. Jack @ Racquet Depot quickly arranged at no cost for another set of Tennis strings to be sent which arrived the next day. Needless to say I was impressed with their communication and effort. They really do go the extra mile!!

If you're wondering what happened to the original set of strings - well they arrived, with the original dispatch note 13 days later - Royal Mail arghh!!!

Highly recommend these guys for all your sporting needs. Great prices and super support, what more is there to say.
