Purchased a new aluminium radiator from Radiators Direct. Very good price, for the perfect radiator for my living room. So many colour options, I couldn't go wrong.

Dear Aoife, thank you for giving your feedback on your recent purchase. It is disappointing that you had a poor experience and that we did not deliver the level of service we expect to achieve.
Having looked into the details we can confirm that your order for 15 valves and matching air vents placed on 5th August was delivered on the 6th, however, it seems that we sent pipe covers and shrouds instead of the expected air vents, and to compound the issue your subsequent emails to raise the point was held in our groups spam filters and failed to reach the Customer Service Team, so we missed the opportunity to rectify the issue.
It appears that human error was to blame for the order being picked incorrectly.
I understand that our Customer Service Team have been in contact and arranged to collect the order and provide a full refund, we apologise for the experience you had, it is not up to our usual level of support,
We do hope that your second order for 15 white valves placed on the 13th August is proving more successful.

Recently purchased two radiators for our redecorated livingroom. Radiators Direct have a wide choice of styles and colours on offer. Selecting and ordering was easy and they were delivered on time. We were kept up to date on progress during the whole process. The delivered radiators were well packaged and look great. All in all a good job.

Great customer service
Although my radiators are yet to be installed, they look great.
I was very impressed that I was kept informed of progress every step of the way. Radiators Direct were very accountable, and I as reassured that if there were any issues, they were easy to contact. I had one query, and it was dealt with straightaway on the telephone. No auto-voice option numbers, straight through to a human being. Brilliant.

Incorrect order
Sadly my order which was for two radiator wall stays. Did not live up to expectation. My order was delivered promptly however it only contained one wall stay. The company said they would send another out asap which they did. It then arrived 3 days late due the driver being unable to find my house or street. I live in a town centre street easily found. On opening my parcel the wall stay ( bought as a pair ) is the wrong colour and a different make and style. Back to square one and £78 wasted

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
As discussed with our team, we are fully aware of the issues you experienced with the wall ties. Unfortunately, when your original order was processed, an incorrect system code was used, which resulted in only one item being picked from stock. Regrettably, the subsequent replacement was also selected incorrectly from an alternative batch.
Following your conversation with our customer service team yesterday we would like to sincerely apologise for these unusual and understandably frustrating errors. A correct replacement has now been dispatched free of charge, so you will receive exactly what you originally ordered without needing to start over.
With regards to the delivery difficulty, we are unsure why the driver was unable to locate your address, as it does not appear to be particularly complex. For smaller deliveries, we use third-party couriers (APC in this instance), and while we work closely with them, we do not have direct control over local delivery actions that may affect service. Your most recent delivery has been via APC for delivery by 10am on the 24th.
We always strive to provide the highest level of service, though we recognise that on occasion things can go wrong. Please be assured that we make every effort to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. In this case, we regret that you were affected by two separate errors, and we hope that this final replacement allows you to complete your project without further inconvenience.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies, and thank you for your patience and understanding.
