I brought a towel rail and I can't fault it in any way. The quality of the rad and valves are great. Instillation easy with all parts supplied.

Initially I identified a concerning review and it put me off purchasing from radiators direct. I made contact with them, who were not aware of the negative review but reassured me that there products were high quality and I wouldn't be disappointed.
As such, I decided to purchase 6 radiators back in December (and delivered to Ireland) and only got them to be fitted in the last week. Radiators working well and look fantastic. Would recommend radiators direct. Very happy with purchase.

We purchased 6 radiators from Radiators Direct including two towel rails and the whole experience was great from start to finish. Helpful, knowledgeable and thorough customer service support and our house is now full of beautiful radiators and towel rails.

Great choice of products, website easy to navigate and to see the different options available. Delivery was prompt and the radiator is perfect. We opted for a bare metal lacquer finish on our new radiator which fits in really well in our kitchen- our plumber was really impressed and said he would be recommending the site to his other customers too. Thank you, we will be back when it comes to doing the next room in our house!

I did order a rad with a colour finish but when I looked further into it the rad would have projected to far out from the wall in our small toilet so I had to cancel the purchase. I got an immediate refund, they were most understanding. Lovely people to do business with. Would definitely recommend dealing with this company

Had their Saxon radiators throughout our house. 9 radiators in total. They look great, so much better then the old boring radiators, and they throw the heat out. The 7 white ones turned up on time, and the delivery service was excellent, with a phone call to arrange a convenient time. I had two painted to match the kitchen units, and they came a couple of weeks later as promised.

An excellent service and product. Delivery was prompt and included a predelivery phone call advising of time of delivery which was very helpful. I am very pleased with my radiator and would have no hesitation in using this company in the future

Beautiful rads - the best my plumber has ever seen. The were a special bronze finish which worked perfectly with our rustic cottage.

A bit of a disaster from start to end. Took 2 weeks to ship the radiator (after a chasing email.) The radiator then arrived in an opened box sealed with sellotape. Damage to the radiator and the fixings kit again opened and sealed with tape and pieces missing.
A further week to collect it and another 3 or 4 days to receive the refund. I wouldn’t be able to provide a recommendation based on my experience.

Was easy finding some radiators that we wanted online. The product photography was very good and accurate. Delivery was painless and very happy with them now they are fitted.
