I saw the make and model at a discounted price online at rangecookers.co.uk. Following a phone call, I spoke to Sam, who was really helpful, she sent me additional pictures and had great communications in between initial contact and sale. I'd definitely recommend!

Fantastic service, really knowledgeable, not pushy and super helpful. Fast delivery, great all round. My only recommendation and regret is I wish I'd gone with their installation service, it would have been well worth the cost.

My experience with the chat function on the website was brilliant - I have yet to receive my order (it's due March 23rd) so am unable to comment on the product.
I ordered my cooker hood from an approved retailer on the Rangemaster website.

I can't recommend Rangecookers enough! They were so knowledgeable and made choosing a cooker such an easy, enjoyable experience.

I had difficulty using the delivery site using the text address provided. I received an email with internet address and it worked. Quick rresponse.

Excellent service. Sample arrived very quickly. Phone call followed to make sure I’d received it.

Placed my order and paid for my items, a few days later was contacted to arrange delivery, agreed an suitable date. Perfect. Then 2 day before the delivery date I received a text message stating my deliver had been rearranged for another date...5 weeks away!!! Not even the decency to call and explain why just a text message. Terrible customer service.

So far so very good. The ordering and follow up communication with the delivery of the oven has been very good.

Efficient smooth service

Given 5stars for after sales service. Cooker hood was delivered with defective light switch. Chris sent out replacement switch pack which solved the problem.

Asking for a review ahead of delivery is a little odd. We are still chasing a delivery date on the cooker and have not even had acknowledgment that we ordered the hood too.

I spoke with Anna who was really helpful in answering my questions. She even measured internal dimensions and helped me get the exact external dimensions for a few 900mm cookers which I needed owing to having a 900 gap. Excellent customer service compared to most online sites.

Ive only ordered the cooker so this review is based on the experience to date.. Ordering was easy and the support since order placement has been excellent. Arranging a specific delivery date was not a problem . So far so good!

What a fantastic buyer experience and very prompt after sales service . Couldn't be happier

I am absolutely furious that having spent so much money on an oven, installation is apparently not included. There's nowhere obvious in the basket/checkout process to request this. In addition, Rangemaster itself provided a link stating: "Once you have purchased your Rangemaster our installation team will professionally install it in your home," leading me to believe it would be installed. Instead it's been abandoned in the middle of the floor in all its packaging and now I have no idea when it will be installed. This is after delivery was delayed twice due to "production delays". Rubbish experience for such an expensive oven, wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

What’s App answered promptly. No call centre experience which is is usually talking to 10 different people. Personal, helpful and friendly service.
