Hi there! I still didn't receive my order!! Could you guys please send it to me? It's been 15 days already!

I ordered a top over a week ago and I have Priority shipping since the concert I am going to is this Friday, I have received no tracking number and no further information. Extremely slow service

I ordered something off the website on the 10/23/2017, today is now the 11/15/2017 Nearly 4 weeks for something to be sent I've sent an email to them but no reply, wish I had read the review before
And no tracking number!!!!!

I placed an order for a top on 11/2, it is now 11/9. I never received an email confirmation nor a tracking number. I kept checking on my order through the website and all it kept saying was 'shipped directly'. On the 6th, I wrote them a message asking when it would be delivered and if they could send me a tracking number and I still have yet to receive an answer or tracking number. EDC is tomorrow and I still don't have a top to wear nor a tracking number to see when my order will arrive. I messaged them again today hoping they would respond and tell me when my order will arrive.

It's no confusion I have 2 emails from you guys saying that it was out of stock. And it has been past a week and yet I see no money back in my account for a refund that was suppose to take 3-4 business days... You guys have some nerve.

I placed an order on the 29th of Oct. for a pair of shorts, they said they shipped out but i never received a tracking number. I messaged their customer support on the 2nd of November and still have not received any kind of response. Now its 3 days before EDC and i still dont have the shorts i ordered almost 10 days ago. Never buying from here again.

I ordered a pair of green mermaid bottoms on October 30th and all I see on the invoice is that my payment was accepted and the bottoms were "shipped directly" but I don't even see a tracking number with my order. EDC is this weekend! I ordered stuff from iheartraves the same day I ordered these bottoms and that order already arrived a few days ago. Ugh. Now I'm not sure if I should wait it out or cancel and order elsewhere. I don't think I'll be ordering from raveready again, though.

It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my money back from the purchase I returned to them. Sent them a message on the 19th saying the clothes would return and I expected my money promptly afterwards. The package was sent back to them and RETURNED the 21st. USPS says the package was delivered and I called the post office just to make sure. Do NOT buy from this company at all!! If I don't get my money back within the next week I'll be looking at legal options. Seriously, stay clear of this company.

I sent an email to them since I never received my item and still haven’t heard back it. I ordered my order on the 8th of October and it’s already the 26. I WANT A REFUND.

It’s been a week since I got an email from Rave Ready customer service stating my order would take 3-4 weeks to ship. I was given the option to cancel my order and I emailed back saying I want to cancel and get my money back. After two messages and taking to Twitter, I’m still waiting on confirmation my order has been canceled. If I don’t get that confirmation and my money refunded ASAP I will dispute the charge as fraudulent on my credit card.

Since I’m not able to reply to the response from Rave Ready I’ll reply here. To clarify since your dates are off, I requested the cancelation on the 19th when customer service initially emailed me. I sent a follow up email on the 21st and didn’t receive a confirmation then nor have I received one since. One week later my account still has the $41 charge on it with no sign of refund.

Fast shipping, excellent customer service will be shopping again

I WANT TO SEE SOME DAMN ACCOUNTABILITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!!!! I'm frustrated as hell with this, two of my items have been awaiting shipment since October 13th and the third item showed up a week ago. The "tracking number" that was given to me is absolutely useless, you guys should be aware of that with all these people saying the same thing. The place is supposed to be in LA, I live just outside of Portland OR this should not take this long. Rave ready I want to see some more effort in following through that packages are actually being delivered. You guys have a lot of bad reviews this should be a wake up call to rethink your business strategy here. If I don't get my items before my event this weekend or a refund and a sincere aplology I bet I can get all these unhappy reviewers together for a class action law suit. Whose with me?!

I'm really trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but I should have read reviews first. They dont even provide you with a tracking number. It's frustrating not knowing where my item is or how long it'll take to get here, especially when I have an event coming up. My item says it was shipped on the 17th, so I'll give it another day or 2. I hope its not a scam.

I never received my package from this company with 2 items that I ordered. There is no company phone # and I emailed them several times to tell them I never got my package. I filed a case# with USPS and if they don't send me my package or give my a refund, I will take them to small claims court!

It would be nice if they would give appropriate shipping information. I have no idea when I will be receiving my item I ordered on October 1st. It's now October 19th, I've sent four emails. The first one was responded to promptly, but It didn't have any useful information for my order and said would leave a note for the daytime manager. I have sent 3 more emails since and no response. I just want to know if I'm going to receive my item on time or if I should get my money back. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering.

*****RESPONSE TO RAVE READY'S RESPONSE. IT HAS ONLY TAKEN ME about 5 BAD REVIEWS FOR THE COMPANY TO FINALLY RESPOND ON HOW TO ACTUALLY RETURN THE ITEMS. Before they kept stating "of course you can return (but never told me how)" THEY DO NOT MAKE IT OBVIOUS ON HOW TO RETURN ITEMS. So I commented on my order which is the only way you can contact them (and I emailed them) (they responded through there with my initial questions). At this point I called it a loss its not worth the hassle dealing with them. As for my "different complaints" they are certainly the same. The fact was the light up fuzzies looked silly. So I took out the ugly pins and added led lights MYSELF and they look AMAZING. I should sell them myself. I would like to point out that I have never written a bad review about any other company before. I have learned my lesson, read reviews before ordering off of a website (there aren't many good ones for Rave ready). And if possible only order through Amazon haha. Also Rave Ready since I know your reading this, if you took the care to respond to a customers question as fast as you do to respond to a bad review, your business would be thriving. **ORIGINAL REVIEW: ITEMS ARE NOT AS PICTURED, THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, THEY ALSO NEVER SHIPPED MY ITEMS UNTIL I COMPLAINED ABOUT IT A WEEK LATER. I order $60 purple LED fuzzies and they looked like a CHILD made them. They had pins all over them and to make them light up you had to dissemble each pin to remove the safety paper and then reassemble and rotate the pin for the lights to come in. The lights weren't the pictured color and it looked like something a kid made to wear to school for wacky Wednesday. I EMAILED THEM THREE times and no response. But as soon as I posted a bad review they responded within FIFTEEN MINUTES I kid you not. They wrote on the review that they would accept the return to make themselves look good AND NEVER TRIED RESPONDING BACK TO ME THROUGH THEIR OWN WEBSITE FOR A RETURN.

I ordered on 9/25/17 and it's 10/17/17 and still no tracking number or response to my email asking about my package. My payment was processed and says shipped directly but nothing else. Will not be buying anything from them ever again.

I ordered on the 10/05/17 and today is the 10/11/17. My payment have been processed and taking money from my account, but yet no tracking number... I have not got a single reply to any of the messages I sent. This is unacceptable for a online website trying to take people money and failing to reply to people message.

Placed my order, took my payment ($100 on a single outfit) on 9/25/17 today is 10/10/17 and still no sign of it... messaged them on their website and got no response. I tend to do a lot of online ordering for outfits like this with my other friends and will definitely be looking into another place we can order from... i should have read all the bad reviews before hand but at least I warned my friends not to get theirs.

I ordered multiple clothing options and all came within the expected delivery time. One option did not fit as expected. I contacted Raveready through email informing them that I had returned that clothing item through their website. I have emailed them repeatedly wondering about my return and receiving a refund and have heard nothing back.
Do not order from them unless you are 100% sure you will like what you order as returns are a terrible hassle!!!
