Raymour & Flanigan - Saratoga レビュー 

We needed to purchase power lift chair for an elderly family member. Our sales person showed us several models, and throughly explained and demonstrated the benefits of each model. Because of his diligence we found the right chair in no time at all. Good product, great service.

Perfect shopping experience. We were greeted by Danny, we explained what we were in the market for and he gave us excellent guidance. He was helpful, but most importantly, not pushy. He gave us room to shop for ourselves but was on hand immediately to answer our questions and take our purchase.

When we entered the store we were greeted by a sales associate at the front of the store and explained we wanted a chance to look around because we weren't sure what we wanted. For the next 15 minutes we were followed around the store by the associate, to the extent I said to my wife on 3 occasions that we were being followed. The associate, in that 15 minutes, asked if we needed help 4 times. I understand that they are sales people and probably work off of commission, but the entire experience was off-putting. If we didn't have a gift certificate to use from a large purchase we made at your store earlier this year, we would've left the store because of the general annoyance of being followed.

Also, the experience of you not putting prices on the majority of your items is equally as off-putting as your associate following us.

All-told our next major purchases will probably be through an online retailer and not your store.

The staff was extremely helpful I was greeted when I came in the door and showed a sofa bed exactly the size that I was interested in. The sales person Danny Collado took over and showed me similar products so I a comparison. I went back to the original sofa bed and purchased it . The purchase was processed and I required a different delivery date. Thus accommodations were made so that the delivery was made at a convenient time for me. Everybody was very professional and very friendly answering all of my questions. I found the experience to be very satisfactory and I will return to Raymour and Flanigan for future purchases .
