Everyone was very friendly. My questions and I didn’t fell rushed. I was able to do my own shopping and when I was ready to purchase the furniture, he was available. The process was quick and easy which was nice. Dated from Sunday August 13th.

Francessca was very helpful over the phone let me know of the payment terminal, and even answered the phone after closing time, so that the transaction could be completed.
Dennis was very good in the morning, letting me know about the deposit, and hold situation for the furniture. Will do business with them again.

I was able to walk in. talk to an associate immediately. find what I was looking for and finish the process quickly.

The salesman, Thomas Page, was knowledgeable and efficient. He listened to what we wanted and gave us two options from which to choose.

We moved back to our hometown state and into a house from a condo which meant we needed furniture. We drove everywhere and ended at Raymore, our salesman was sweet however…. I had expressed my concern about the quality and durability of their furniture and after purchasing the platinum plan was reassured NO MATTER WHAT our furniture was covered. It wasn’t even a week and I begged my husband to move places on the couch because of the wear. We went to the store and was told they will send a repairman. I wanted to return this as soon as we got it and was told No. the service person came and told me there have been a ton of complaints about this and all they can do is add foam. I will never buy from them again and will hope people really look at reviews before purchasing.

Francesca met me at the door. She pointed out the areas of furniture I was interested in. She was available for any questions. She was extremely knowledgeable about the mattresses I was thinking of. She was very patient as I asked a hundred questions and walked in circles with me trying to find just the right one!

I'm very happy to share my recent experience with Raymour and Flanagan as it exemplified the concept of customer service. I was In the process of placing an order on line when I carelessly made an error and complicated what should have been an easy transaction.. Not sure of what to do next, I initiated a " live chat" with a RF associate. i was connected with Tom Page from the Saratoga Springs store. What a stroke of luck!! Tom was more than patient and untangled the mess that I had gotten my self into. He helped me placed the order, and has followed up on the delivery status.Although i am an online customer who lives hundreds of miles from his store, Tom gave my order his full attention. Many thanks!

Sales lady was not aggressive at all. Very pleasant experience. She could answer all our questions too.

Store very clean and had huge selection of mattresses at competitive prices and marketing perks. Very knowledgeable salesperson. Cannot say enough about Joe Rogers. He expertly explained differences. advantages, etc without being pushy or aggressive in any way. I have walked out of stores in the past due to aggressive salespeople. He made me feel comfortable and unpressured while at the same time, answering my questions and helping me determine what was the best fit for my needs given physical issues. He made me WANT to purchase from him without pushing me into anything. Whatever, R&F is paying him isn't enough! Very happy with both his exceptional assistance and my purchase. Can't wait to get my new Purple Hybrid Premier 3! Thank you
