To start with the enthusiasm and friendliness of Jacqueline who valued our property, is what made me choose Redbrik over other estate agents. The market then slowed down and it took a while, but as soon as Lisa took over managing our sale, she was very honest but above all she got things done, I tried to arrange a viewing managed by a different branch but got nowhere until I told Lisa I needed a viewing and within 5 minutes I actually got a viewing time. She is a fantastic member of staff for Redbrik.

Amazing service and marketing. After our property was placed on the market, we accepted an offer after 1 week. Nikki was fabulous at the beginning of the process when we first started with the organisation of the photos and marketing the property. Kathryn was great throughout the process with providing great communication and helping with speaking to solicitors and seeing if there was anything that could be done. Through all this work, we were able to complete on the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home within 100 days!

I cannot recommend Redbrik, Chesterfield highly enough. They were recommended to me by a good friend who is an award-winning estate agent in another county. Jessica, Jake, and Andrew were all super efficient but, more importantly for us, they went above and beyond to be kind and encouraging when we were both mentally and physically at the end of our tether. We had been forced to sell our home of 30 years to stave off repossession - all due to suspected fraud by our own accountant! - so we needed to sell as quickly as possible. Hannah gave us great advice about setting a sensible sale price and knowing upfront exactly how much the estate agent and legal fees would be was a huge relief. I recommend Redbrik and their SecureMove to everyone.

We have recently sold a property with redbriks and wow I cannot fault them in anyway ,from the first time meeting them to discuss putting our home on the market they couldn't do enough to help .Tammy was amazing through out finding a buyer and Andrew the progression officer was fantastic throughout the whole process ,giving us advise , making sure everything ran smoothly and being on hand to support us in any way needed throughout ( It would have been alot more stressfull without him) .I'd recommend redbriks to anybody thinking of selling a property !

So here we are 3 months in our lovely new home.. Our selling/buying experience was challenging it say the least but we would never have got through it without the support from Redbrik.
We cannot praise Holly and Grace enough.. both proved to be efficient and professional, guiding us through difficult and frustrating processes.
There were many times along the way, especially when we faced further delays at Christmas, that we considered giving up. We will always be grateful to Holly and her honest and down to earth approach.. Thank you so much Cheryl and Stephen

Redbrik sold an ex-rental property for me. Throughout the process they behaved with patience and professionalism, particularly Clayton and Louise. It wasn't the easiest sale ever, requiring 16 viewings to produce one offer, but the team remained enthusiastic and supportive throughout. I have recommended Redbrik to friends and relatives.

I was selling an unfurnished flat and agreed to the package including the solicitors Taylor Emmet. Redbrik kept me well informed using the 'street ' app and always informed me of viewings. After I accepted an offer from a cash buyer it transpired the vendor had a more complicated situation - I wasn't made aware of the implications of this or given any guidance about time frame for completion. The solicitors were very reluctant to telephone the management company dealing with the flat. They relied on emails which didn't always arrive. Only when I telephoned relevant companies did things begin to happen. The service I received could have been better.

Clayton was fantastic! We actively didn’t buy some of the houses we viewed because the agents weren’t impressing us but all that changed when we landed on Clayton’s listing! He was of American quality. He knew his stuff, he kept us informed, guided us through the process and just overall made us feel warm and fuzzy about the whole process.

We only want to look at Clayton listings going forward - as we’re starting to buy investment properties!

So if you’re looking to sell your house … sell with Clay!

Changed to Redbrik following a disappointing service from another agent.
The professional team lead the viewings making the process far less personal. Once sold the team continued to lead and drive, challenges were faced but very much in a consultative way.
Would highly recommend Redbrik, only agent to provide support throughout the sales/purchase process.

Whilst the secure move package is a flawless scheme on Redbrik's part, for the buyers it is useless. You are subject to a £595 fee for the sheer privelige of buying a property through Redbrik. The only thing of worth that it provides is searches that your solicitor can complete for much less.
Although Redbrik were keen to complete the sale as soon as possible, their relentless calls/emails was unnecessary, particularly as I'd asked them to get updates from our solicitors. The interactions with them seemed like they were trying to catch me out or gather some information without me knowing. As much as the sellers are the ones paying Redbrik, there seemed to be little consideration for us as buyers and we felt bullied into quick decisions, despite our questions going unanswered for several weeks.
After being rushed and pressured through the entire process, I went to collect the keys and they did not even have all the keys from the sellers.
Overall, this was a very difficult and challenging process, which could have gone a lot more smoothly, with some time and consideration.
For sellers, I'm sure the experience is well worth it but I do not recommend at all from a buyer's perspective.

Used them 3 years ago - brilliant. This time, did not listen to my requirements at all. Sale was quick but thats all I can say. Would never ever use them again.

Fantastic experience selling our house. Special thanks to Jen, Clayton, Hayley and especially Louise- all were excellent but I don’t think we would have got it over the line without Louise.

I recently put an offer in for a house purchase ( a reasonable offer, not ridiculously low!) The person I spoke to didn't even thank me for submitting an offer. She was rude, condescending and unhelpful. I shall now make every effort to buy a property via another agent as I have no desire to interact with this company again.
