I had no problem ordering or paying/ being charged on 7/5/19. As of today (7/12/19) i still have not rec'd confirmation of shipping nor a response to an email asking about my order

less delighted than before....
Have been delighted with several previous orders but not this time, but it was acceptable. Took longer (11days) than usual/promised. I had to follow up. Got quick email reply but wrong name and rather curt response. Flag is brilliant though.

Some improvement needed
I noticed the web site accepted my order and then failed to allow me to pay! Having been informed of this I phoned and was asked to call the next day as it was apparently a public holiday, which I did. So I called three times throughout the day (Tuesday) - no answer. I've just called again (Wednesday) - no answer again. Not really a satisfactory way of doing business in my view. That said, the flag arrived very promptly and I'm very pleased with it.
