Unsatisfied Customer
Purchased 4 flag toggles at 50p each and had to pay £4.90 1st class special delivery with no other postage option which didn’t arrive until 3 days later. No “despatched” notification or tracking info. The toggles were just in an envelope & not even in a Jiffy bag with franked postage of £2.11!!!...Ripped off unsatisfied customer.
Update: since received reply on trustpilot. I did email your company straight away in October when the purchase was received and nothing was done about it. It is now March,l!!!....not very good customer service in my eyes. I have this morning received £2 refund towards the postage, a little too late. I’m not on your mailing list I unsubscribed straight away!..good luck with your business.

You will know of course that you were refunded for the balance of postage as per our terms and conditions. We have a default setting on our website for minimum postage but always refund when the order is as tiny and as low a value as yours. We supply tracking information the day after we post the item as we post at the end of the day and after we've left the office. If you were as unsatisfied as you have described then it would have been extremely helpful to us if you'd spoke to us in person on the phone rather than post vitriolic feedback - which for future reference makes you look rather worse than us. We have removed you from our mailing list so you don't have to deal with us again.

Good result poor performance
Advertised flag would be treated and returned on same day as receiving flag. Day 1 sent flag first ckass. Day 7 confirmed flag received day 9 informed regulations for label had changed. Day 14 received someone else's flag and they had received my flag made own exchange company refunded payment as way good will

Excellent quality and great response
Got a set of hand sewn flags made as a gift for a friend. Flags arrived and looked better than I could have expected. Very quick response whenever I had questions. I will definitely be ordering any flags from Red Dragon again

If you need or just want to fly a flag, this is the place to go. A whole range of flags and sizes or designed and made to your own specification - and the prices are extremely reasonable.

Complete waste of time and effort
Ordered a Manchester Bee flag from this company, for the F1 at Silverstone 2017, gave them 2 months to make said flag, they sent the wrong sized flag, not once but twice !!!! After many emails and phone calls to sort this out, I was promised by the owner that said flag would be made with eyelet hole etc ( by her fair hands) and would be with me before I set off to the f1, after this flag did not turn up and after emails to the owner asking about the flag and where it was ? Got told she would send it to the local post office which was 10 miles away from my tent . After much email tennis with her, decided that the service and cost of the flag and the emailing was not worth it !
Returned the wrong sized flags both of them and got a full refund !
Would I use these company again 🤔🤔🤔
That will be ?? NO NEVER !!!

The thing with feedback is that when its on a public forum there is very little a business can do other than apologise which in this case we did at the time and fully refunded the client. We are always polite and always do the best for our customers at all times. We accept responsibility for our failings but all things considered we would rather not have to deal with customers who give inaccurate feedback.
In this instance however, we do have to call out on the accuracy of the complaint. 1. The time frame from order to delivery was a matter of weeks not months - there was a delay between when the flag arrived with the client and when he advised us that there was a problem. 2. Croft Stores and post office in Silverstone is 1.9 miles away from Silverstone race track, not 10(!); and 3. when we did receive the flag back AFTER the event, it had been used.
But we gave a refund in any case.

Fast turnaround from when the order was placed.
