Bad Customer service
Bad Customer service
Have been a customer for many years.
Have an issue with with a bug on wordpress site and looked for assistance.
Was advised that instead of providing support that I can purchase a Wordpress Support from the company.
Prices continually incrreasing, customer service decreasing.

As we are a web hosting company, this is the job of a web developer. As a web developer, would we need to charge for this service as our in-house development team has their fees? I would also like to point out that our service is significantly cheaper then a web developer.

Excellent call agent
I got great service when i called your agent Kestutis Mirinavicius to sadly to close my account for the moment. He was very thorough, patient and clear as your website indicated it was better to call instead of just cancelling bank payment. I was very clear of my request when call finished.
