Professional, dedicated and friendly that valued our rental property much higher than other agents. They got us the asking price £450per week in less than a week

Superb work look forward to tenants moving in finally after several months of refurbishment work done to our property

The question is where do I start?

Having dealt with around a dozen letting and real estate agents I can say this small little outfit is by far the worst and in fact probably one of the worst companies I have had to deal with from any industry.

They manage what can be quite a complex process yet have absolutely no interest in either doing any work themselves or assisting their clients within the process. The concept of client service is entire alien to them.

The Admin Manager is almost a caricature of the lazy, unprofessional, disinterested, disorganised and believe it or not, vindictive administration nightmare from the movies, yet she exists in real life!

Upon making a complaint to the Managing Director not only was I met with the same uncaring indifference, but to punish me for daring to make a complaint the aforementioned Admin Manager then made the decision to strike me off as a guarantor for a 4 person let, suggesting I clearly didn't want to go through with it, which was a completely fabricated conclusion.

In case you think it was merely my fault or lack of attention to detail. 2 Other parties within this 4 person let, also fell afoul of the admin demon who enjoyed nothing more than simply pointing out small print within long contracts and poorly written emails. There was no question of helping, we were the enemy of course!

But it gets better, when we finally did get the chance to speak to the owner of the property we discovered that many of the issues we encountered were the making of the agent and not the owner.

It may be that all of us were imbeciles with unrealistic expectations or it may be that Reiss Samuels is the worst real estate agency in the UK.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

If you are the owner you will limit your clientele and ultimately reduce your return on your investment.

If you are the buyer/renter you will turn what should be an exciting process into a complex, nightmarish experience that will spoil your enjoyment of your new home.

P.S. The only reason I waited 2 months to write this review was because the tenants are now paying the landlord directly (I was notified today) and I was worried that if I wrote it before then, it might put my daughter's place in the house in jeopardy. That probably speaks more than anything about the way Reiss Samuels operates.
