Exceptional from start to finish.

Knowledgeable staff who were able to provide quick responses to my many queries the entire process, making things incredibly pleasant. They even offered some customisation free of charge, for some specific needs I had.

The quality of the bed itself (the Ambassador four-poster in Superking) is outrageously high. The brilliant delivery team arrived exactly when discussed, and within little more than an hour had been able to transport the entire bed to the second floor, and construct it perfectly.

Cannot overstate just how excellent the experience was. Not just the best bed retailer I’ve dealt with, perhaps one of the best companies in any industry. You can shop with them with 0 stress or worry.

From initial brochure request, enquiry, order, build, and delivery every aspect was handled professionally with excellent customer service. The Canterbury bed has become a focus point for the bedroom, exactly as it should be. The mattress and bedding additions recommended are of high quality and add to the luxury feel of this statement piece.

High level of professionalism, with a high quality product. Level of service received during installation and follow up was 5 star!

Due to order 2 beds and 2 wardrobes. But after reading the reviews I have decided not to because of the lack of care shown and no interest shown after purchase to deal with faults. Looking elsewhere now. I don't want the same happening to me.

I am very impressed with my new sleigh bed and mattress. I spent time researching for a new bed and decided on Revival because their beds are made in the UK.

The girls in the office kept me up to date with my order throughout and the delivery team that installed my bed were excellent. I would 100% recommend them.

This review is delayed, as we bought our bed one year ago, but I can confirm we are as happy a year later as the day it arrived.
We visited the showroom and ordered the Macintosh bed in oak. We prefer the rustic look to wood and requested that natural knots and patina in the wood be retained. We were delighted- our bed is huge (king size) and very solid - the guys who delivered and put it together were polite, friendly and quick - and there's no movement in the frame. The oak is starting to settle with age (natural colours coming out), and we have all the lovely knots and twists in the wood, giving the frame its own unique character.
During the process of manufacturer, Revival Beds sent us photographs of the wood to confirm we were happy with what they were making which we weren't expecting, and were pleased to receive.
Customer service and the people we came into contact with were all knowledgeable (we were particularly interested in where the wood was sourced from and who/how was manufacturing the furniture) and helpful.
I'd recommend - we won't be buying another bed, simply because we won't have to, this bed will last!!

Bought a 3 door standard wardrobe in oregon pine. Totally delighted with the craftsmanship. It's my Narnia wardrobe and I love it. The delivery was on time and the two installers took great care.

I am thrilled with my beautifully made oak ottoman with a leather top to sit on. It is very sturdy. The workmanship is faultless. I had to wait a while for it to be made but it was worth the wait. I am sure it will last for years.

Yes, I recently received my beautiful pieces from Revival Beds..
1 double wardrobe, I dressing table with a stool to match my blinds & curtains, A tall boy set of drawers , with lift up mirror unit ..it’s great to keep my hairdryer, brushes etc all together .. along with my makeup ..it all compliments my 4 poster bed, which my son purchased a few years ago ..
It makes my bedroom complete . I was very happy with the service that the their experienced fitters did in putting it all together & very quickly too .. I’d highly recommend this company , for quality of build & customer attention to detail , the lovely ladies who helped in keeping me up to date on the progress of my furnature being built in the factory ..from start to finish I am extremely happy with my purchases .. many thanks to Revival beds …M A Swanwick

We have used Revival beds on two occasions now for an oak four poster bed with side tables, wardrobe and chest of draws and a Mackintosh bed for our daughters room plus all mattresses and bedding etc. Both times they have been nice to deal with, kept us informed from ordering to delivery and the finished products are excellent. The guys that come out to install were the same both times and are very helpful and polite, I would certainly reccomend them.

I have had my beautiful bedroom furniture from Revival beds in place for a few years now and am delighted with the quality. I wanted to extend my double wardrobe into a triple but wasn’t sure if this would be possible. However this was no trouble to Revival beds. From my initial enquiry through to installation their customer service and attention to detail was second to none. They accommodated my bespoke request and my additional wardrobe looks a fabulous compliment to my existing double.

I have never written a review before, however I am compelled to do so for Revival Beds. I am and have been so impressed. The quality of the bed is superb; very solid, no creaks, and superbly manufactured. The end result is impressive and exudes quality. The professionalism and quality of service was also without fault. Incredibly patient with various bespoke requests; nothing was too much trouble; and very polite and efficient. This level of service and courtesy also extended to the delivery and construction of the bed frame on site. As referred to in other reviews, they were very respectful of the home, polite charming and efficient. All in all, it is my experience that this is a good old fashioned company who manufactures quality furniture and importantly provides proper customer service. Thank-you for restoring my faith in UK products.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Love the bed frame, such good quality and well made. The delivery drivers was very respectful to myself and home, friendly and professional. I ordered a County Clare bed with storage, a dresser, wardrobe & bedside locker from Revival Beds. The order process from start to finish was top class and the finished furniture is of a very high standard... what I would consider as value. Special mention to Becky whose customer service was second to none. I would gladly buy again from this company as what they offer is not available on the high street. They delivered to Ireland on time and communication was excellent and prompt throughout. Highly recommended.

The service provided from the first initial phone call through to delivery was fantastic. We were able to make an appointment to visit the showroom after receiving comprehensive documentation and were given full and helpful information regarding all the products available including sizes, colours and finishes. We literally tested all the mattresses on show. All Information regarding the purchase and delivery were communicated promptly, we also received regular updates about our delivery slot. Guys arrived on-time, phoned before they arrived, extremely polite and our County Clare Super King-size bed was built-up in no time. The finished product is amazing, we are mega-delighted......so glad we found you. Thank you

Very helpful, good knowledge and excellent advice on best solution. Service and Delivery excellent. Communication and updates excellent. But most importantly the quality and value of my bed and mattress, I am very happy with. Such a deep restorative sleep and I just love my revival bed and mattress combination. Thank you.
