Our experience was great. Liz, the on-site manager was very helpful throughout the whole process. She got back to me in a timely manner with any questions or concerns. The move-in process was easy and we felt welcomed. Aaron, from maintenance, was also very helpful with some PG&E issues we had on our move-in date. Overall, management and staff are doing a wonderful job and we are pleased to be living here.

Hard to get people on the phone or at complex to assistance or service, frequently give dates and times for clean outs repairs check ins and not one time came in the day they said they were spend most of there time in other properties in Sonoma county not Marin seen a laborer 2 times only person i seen more then once in 3 years also sent me a happy birthday email 7 days after I was evicted only got 3 day notice from sharrif no communication from Marin landing
Some Disappointment
It was nice at first but it seemed to turn for the unfavorable around late 2021 to 2022. Price hicked up. If you're not on a lease, you don't get the opportunity to be back on a lease. If you live in a non-renovated home, you'll pay the same price as a renovated apartment. And you are not aware of this until you get a hold of management. It was a nice place but we'll be looking to move out soon.

I would like to know why your groundskeepers keep blowing dust all over my new car that I just washed. I'm at 6263 number 7 parking stall and I just washed my car and it's covered with dust and rocks and sticks and leaves and it upsets me to a high degree. And also there's a Non-Stop barking dog non-stop constantly barking all the time constantly Non-Stop it never stops barking did Mark's all the time. There's two of them you know what they do when they take a rest from barking they bark some more. And you know what they do when they're done barking? That's a species question they're never done barking. That's all they do bark all the time I've had two days off in the last two months and all they do is bark and bark and bark.

My family and I have lived at Brush Creek apartments for 2 years and just upgraded to Brush Creek Town homes . We love both floor plans. The town home has a plus with washer and dryer and a yard. The plus side of these places that they are pet friendly. Salvador in the office is nice and respectful, maintenance handles work in a timely manner. We enjoy living at Brush Creek Town homes.

Right now theyâre doing construction next to my apartment in an area tenants are supposed to have access to. I havenât been able to use my window on that side of the unit for 2 days because they have it tarped over.
This wasnât announced to me at any point.
They also donât hold tenants to any sort of a noise restriction as is included in their lease.
I plan on moving as soon as possible after having been here too long

Living here is great as long as you donât need help from management. They are slow to respond (like days or weeks depending on the issue); itâs unclear if that behavior is due to incompetence or low staffing (probably the latter).

I have lived here for 3 years and have had great communication with the management, maintenance is consistent, competent and prompt. The grounds are kept up and I love that there's a w/d inside the unit.

I have enjoyed our time here. Maintenance has been responsive and helpful. Neighbors are quiet for the most part. It's a nice community. My frustrations lie with the parking situation at Brush Creek Town Homes. There is a single household here within the 16ish Units that has upwards of 5 vehicles that are all parked in the uncovered spots and the spot that is SUPPOSED to be restricted. I have asked for management to step in, as it's a hassle for the rest of the residents. I think that each house should be allowed a single parking permit for uncovered parking. This would much improve the parking issues. As well as force people with MULTIPLE CARS (when residents are only allowed 2 vehicles) to figure it out without ruining it for everyone else.

You can't pick your neighbors but the communications between the management has gotten better. Prompt response to service requests have improved and concerns I've had have been resolved so far.
