Recently relocated to Santa Rosa and was having a tough time finding a place that I actually liked until Liz stepped in and saved me! Communication is great, if I ever need anything (big or small) attended to, she and her team generally get it handled that day. I’m very very happy with the level of care and service I’ve received from Liz and the Renaissance Housing Community staff.

I had such a wonderful experience since moving into the The Bennett Renaissance Apartments! From the moment I moved in, Liz was incredibly helpful and always made sure our needs were taken care of. The environment she maintains is top-notch, always clean and inviting. I couldn't have asked for a better landlord! Highly recommend! 😊🏠🌟

Moving into the apartment was very smooth sailing! The landlord was extremely nice and super helpful when moving our stuff. I also placed a notice for help for our garbage disposal and same day they were able to help fix it within 20 minutes of asking them. Everything so far has been a delightful experience.

We have lived in this community of apartments since 2016 and for the first 6ish years, I wouldn't have given 5 stars. However, since the change to Liz as property manager, things have completely changed. Maintenance tickets are taken seriously, she follows up when things take a little longer and she truly cares about her tenants. We appreciate that Liz takes the time to connect with tenants to understand any issues or problems. She respects tenants and follows the same tenant rules of the apartment community. Apartment living isn't always the most ideal for a family of 5 but Liz has makes it a point to make things more welcoming and encourages family outdoor activities.

Lizette is the best property manager that I’ve worked with in my 5 years of renting. She provides clear and quick communication, and overall has a welcoming presence. We really appreciate her help at our apartment complex and couldn’t ask for anyone better!

Over the past several months of living at one of the properties she manages, we have witnessed her relentless dedication to building a safe, respectful, and compassionate community. She is organized, very responsive, and a true advocate for her team and tenants. She is responsible and takes extra security measures to protect the privacy and well-being of her community. She is equally dedicated to building and maintaining professional relatationships with all of her tenants while also making the RHC properties 'home' for us all.

Liz has exceptional communication, she helped me find the apartment I was looking for and helped me with all my application, she also cared if the whole place was ok and nothing was missing, she is an excellent professional 🙏🙏

I have lived at The Bennett for 7 years. I have always been happy here but I must say that Liz has been the best property manager that we have ever had. She's very friendly and goes out of her way to help with whatever requests or issues that we have. She has made some great improvements to our common area. I appreciate her dealing with issues head on.

I have been staying here for a few months now. Liz and her team are absolutely amazing. The have been very responsive and polite with all my questions.

The property is very well kept as well. My neighbors and the community have made me feel very welcome.

Liz has exceptional communication skills and amazing work ethic. I’ve had several issues that needed to be addressed and Liz immediately addressed then in an highly professional manner and resolved them as well. She is by far the most competent manager that I have ever encountered. The True owners of Rh communities will do well by keeping her in her current position She is in for a long time. It’s hard nowadays to find someone as competent as Liz to meet your residential needs. I would give her 10 stars if that was an option so I’ll give her the max of five stars. It’s a breath of fresh air to know that there’s ethical managers, like Liz still in employment in this day and age. Thank you so much Liz for your hard work and effort.

First of all, my agent, Lizette Gallardo, was excellent. She was knowledgeable and very available as I was apartment shopping. During onboarding she was responsive to all questions and made it easy.
Secondly, the RHC portal is user friendly.

My brother Shawn and I were looking at multiple town homes in Santa Rosa. We found Brush Creek Town homes online. After meeting with Lizette we knew right away that this was going to be the place we wanted to move into to make our new home. They have a beautiful property with a dog park and beautiful town homes.
Lizette was very informative and very professional I would strongly recommend her to my friends and family.

Lizette was amazing to work with. She made me feel right at home the second I came to look at the property. She was extremely professional answered all questions I had. She even responded after hours which I didn’t expect at all. She made the whole moving in process as easy as could be. I would highly recommended anyone looking at this property to ask to speak with Lizette and I am sure you will have the same experience I have had. It’s rare to find someone who cares and responds the way that she does. I am very happy I made the choice to work with her and would gladly recommend her to anyone in the future.

Best experience ever. Property manager Liz is very understanding person and she always makes sure the property is comfortable for all tenants. The management and maintenance are always on point too.

My family and I have been at The Bennett since December of last year. During that time I have had nothing but positive interactions with the manager, Liz. She is great at communicating, well organized and responds to any complaints/ questions we may have in a timely manner. She has definitely been a key factor as of why our experience has been so great.

This is a honest insight of my experience being a tenant.Last year i rated services as 1star only which could have been worst.However,when Liz introduces herself as the new Property Manager from day 1 hope for a better service was already looming.I introduce myself straight away followed by complaints (being in the pipeline for ever) on day 1 day 2 she responded abruptly.This is the kind of tenants and management relationships that is healthy and soothing and off course lucrative for business. Liz responses to complaints is expedient quick positive efficient and timely.Her communication skills is superb and never let doubts to prevail.She is definitely an asset to the company and I sincerely hope she stays for a longer term.Really appreciate Liz services and with her work ethics she will surely achieve better higher positions in the company..Thank you soo much for the excellent services Liz
