The staff in the Newcastle branch were very helpful.

As we have purchased from Richer Sounds before, we received plenty of help from the manager at the Newcastle store.

Supplying the correct information which has proven to be what I was searching for in the first instance.
i.e. a smart TV with a socket at the rear into which I can plug-in my head phones.( also bought from your shop).

The selection for products was easy, the prices were very competitive, the staff were very helpful and delivery was quick.

Ethan in Newcastle was so patient & helpful as I didn’t have a clue of what I wanted & he talked me through all the options

Member of staff was helpful explaining the difference between 2 components. He took my order and arranged delivery for the next day - system was easy to set up and works well so far. Thanks again.

Good communications and confirming compatibility when ordering my new Audio Pro C5 speaker. Very helpful staff and Harry helped me fault find by using equipment in the store when I was having issues connecting the new C5 to my C10 mkii speaker.

I ordered via a stoor, the person I spoke too was great, very helpful and informed. Order was placed and the record deck arrived on time as planned. Easy to set up, has made a great addition, first time in over 30 years I listen to records that have been put away. Nice to get exactley what I ordered and for it to live up to the reviews - well done Richer Sounds.

Great service is the number 1 reason for the five stars, but I should also comment on the TV.
I hoped I would be happy with it, but I was not.

Just picked up my Samsung soundbar, subwoofer and speaker set from Richer Sounds Newcastle after ordering online. Got a quick call to say it was ready, and the team in store were fantastic.
