Good communications and confirming compatibility when ordering my new Audio Pro C5 speaker. Very helpful staff and Harry helped me fault find by using equipment in the store when I was having issues connecting the new C5 to my C10 mkii speaker.

I ordered via a stoor, the person I spoke too was great, very helpful and informed. Order was placed and the record deck arrived on time as planned. Easy to set up, has made a great addition, first time in over 30 years I listen to records that have been put away. Nice to get exactley what I ordered and for it to live up to the reviews - well done Richer Sounds.

Great service is the number 1 reason for the five stars, but I should also comment on the TV.

Just picked up my Samsung soundbar, subwoofer and speaker set from Richer Sounds Newcastle after ordering online. Got a quick call to say it was ready, and the team in store were fantastic. The agent who helped me was really knowledgeable and went the extra mile to sort out my cashback offer - top service. I had a problem with a stylus on my new Record Deck which transpired to me probably accidentally causing it to get damaged. Harry explained what precautions need to be taken in ensuring this did not happen again. The stylus was obviously not therefore covered by the insurance but he took a very sympathetic view of the situation and so had a good deal in replacing it. I purchased also a further spare stylus and. Record /: stylus cleaning kit from him.
Brilliant service and arrived within two days. Harry actually sold me the record deck( Audio Technica) previously and great service there too.

I booked our audition of streaming amps and speakers with Euan, and had a great experience throughout the process of listening to each one of the streaming amps through the same speakers. The auditioning room was private and we were never rushed. We would like to thank Euan for making our choice very easy to make. Nothing was a bother during our 1.5hours there.
