I bought a Cambridge hifi system with teac double cassette deck recorder player
The staff at richer sounds REALLY CARE l had ideas of what l wanted the guy gave me totally impartial advice really helpful to me REALLY CARED
l got it installed for £100 l thought this was excessive cos Sony centres Currys AO only charged £50 l told Julian richer yes he exists talked to me(a truly wonderful guy)
He listened said £100 was alot and refunded me £50 so he matched the rest(charges this now)
Unfortunately my teac failed one deck failled SAM from my local store came and took it back for repair but AMAZING THIS HE GAVE ME HIS HIGH END SONY CASSETTE DECK SO I COULD PLAY MY CASSETTES WHILE MY DECKS WERE AWAY
WOW THIS WAS I TOLD JULIAN RICHER ABD HE GAVE SAM A WEEK A YEAR AT HIS HOLIDAY LETS AMAZING ALROUND
RICHER SOUNDS ARE TRULY AMAZING THIS PROVES THAT STAFF THAT REALLY CARE

£274 each when Sony web site Currys AO etc £279 SO VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES TOO
EVERYONE AT RICHER SOUNDS FROM THEIR FOUNDER DOWN TO THEIR SALESMEN LIKE SAM REALLY CARE AND THEY PROVE IT MY ADVICE BUY FROM Richer SOUNDS YOU WONT BE Disappointed AND IF THE WORST HAPPENS AND YOUR PRODUCT BREAKS DOWN THERE WAITING TO HELP LIKE OUTSTANDING SAM AT MY LOCAL STORE

Always helpful on visiting shop or over phone.Not the brightest technically but always patient and explain sometimes multi times.NEVER refused to help.That is why I will always shop local.

This is my third TV in a little over 15 years from Richer Sounds.

Knowledge and Service is top notch - as is the warranty.. TV #2 developed a fault in its 3rd year and replaced no problem.

Will always buy from them with this level of customer support.

I found Euan at Richer Sounds to be more than helpful over the phone, resulting in a very smooth transaction. Delivery was prompt, but disappointingly the package was left on my doorstep and not in the safe place that I specified, despite receiving a message confirming that it would be. I had to contact a neighbour to collect it. Luckily they were available.
I am impressed that Richer Sounds care about their customer's experience as they contacted me and were eager to understand the problem. They offered me a voucher towards my next purchase as a gesture which I am pleased to accept.

Been using richer sounds for years but after a recent fault with a 2 year old tv was passed on to the manufacturer that just rather offer me next to nothing and no replacment parts ,if I had know richer sounds warranty was not there own but manufacturer why shop with them? After I discussed this over the phone I was really important to them....so £50 was offered towards another tv ,but I had lost out in hundreds of pounds with a warranty that would be cheaper for them to "pay you off" rather that replacing defective parts.

Guy in the shop (Harry) listened to what I wanted and picked up an item straight away - fitted perfectly with what I was after. It was a shop model so he arranged for a new one to be delivered (free of charge) it arrived quickly and is great. Smooth transactions from start to finish- am a very satisfied customer!
